“Always had a good experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, their cars were always clean and pretty new. I just went on though to rent a car and I am shocked that they are closed on a Sunday? Especially during tourist season? I don't know whoever owns that particular enterprise I thank might be losing out”

“We've been renting vehicles in January every year for a few years now. Always request an oversized SUV. All but last year was positive. We were given a Ford Expedition which did not accommodate us, but we had no choice but to take it. Staff is not always there, but overall it's been a goid experience, staff is always nice. Will rent again this year hoping for that oversized vehicle we request, and pre pay!😎”

“My partner and I booked a one way rental for Sat July 6th. Unfortunately, our HyLine ferry was over an hour late departing and we weren't going to make it to the airport before the rental car counter closed at 4pm. Staff at Budget agreed to wait and, when we arrived at 4:25, were able to quickly find our reservation, find a vehicle (with a free upgrade!) and have us on our way by 4:45. We're incredibly grateful for their flexibility, professionalism, courtesy, and care. A fantastic experience.
(and for any reviews knocking Budget for cancelling a reservation - CALL AHEAD NEXT TIME! We booked and prepaid and still called ahead so they'd know we'd be arriving late rather than a no-show)”
