“For several months I have been having a “smell” of exhaust and burning driving my vehicle. I took it to Toyota multiple times with no one helping me diagnose or recreate the environment that was causing concern. Alex from service took the time to explain what was going on and why it was happening. While I didn’t get the work done at Toyota because the cost was way above what I could afford Alex walked through the process with me the whole way. “Originally, I scheduled service at a different dealership closest to my home. The service desk could not find any extended warranty and, as such, the bill would be entirely up to me as I was past the original warranty period. I also enquired about a loaner vehicle and they said they has none available.
Fortunately, I called Fox for an appointment. Your service desk did inform me that I did purchase an extended warranty as it was recorded in the Chrysler system I was also informed I would only have to cover the deductible. I also enquired about a loaner vehicle to which they did not have one available but Fox did have a relationship with Enterprise where I could get the Fox rate. However, the Fox/Enterprise relationship had lapsed but Fox went out of their wat to reestablish the Enterprise agreement and set up the car rental for me.
Fox took care of my situation with very minimal impact on my life/work. I am super happy about the service I received.”
