Dianne found a used transfer case for our high milage suburban that was 1/10th of the price of new.. saving us thousands! We are grateful to have this shop for support! we also had a transmission replaced there with zero issues! my brother had his done there also and recommended them.”

“Kelsey worked hard with the insurance company to help keep the prices down for us. The fear was the insurance company considered totaling our 12 year old car out. We didn’t have any rust on the car and it still runs great! Pfeiffer Collision did find a wheel bearing that was worn. With 106,000 miles on it, we didn’t want to try to put that repair on the list. It could likely put the repair costs over the top. We will handle that separately.
Pfeiffer Collision did find coordinated our auto rental with Enterprise (they are just across the parking lot)
We got our car back in a little over a week’s time. The repairs and paint work look great!

They were quick doing the oil change and I paid less than what I normally pay going to the dealership. I have previously been taking my Chevy Trax to the dealership because I had a whole ordeal with a shop with my last trax (a 2020) when I went in for a routine oil change and ended up being without my car for a month due to something the shop broke - which lead to multiple other issues. All that to say I was hesitant about trying another shop that was not the dealership - I had a great experience at Cascade Automotive and plan to come back the next time I need an oil change!”

They gave me a breakdown report of every part of the car, the timeline for repairs in the future, and how much it would cost. This gave us a great basis for negotiating repairs and pricing with the dealership. Veenstra's even re-inspected the two most immediate issues after repair on the house, to reassure us that the vehicle was safe to drive! I will be bringing my new car here in the future.”
