“Had my Homelite 2cc gas powered trimmer serviced at Godwin's Ada Hardware recently and it has NEVER run so good-- even brand new out of the box! Never ran this good! Very modest bench fee (deposit) of $30 which is applied towards the repair. Total bill was very reasonable. Thank-you so much!”

“Bernard's is outstanding. They're exactly like the great neighborhood and small town hardware stores that used be ubiquitous! Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They rent tools and equipment, refill propane tanks, cut glass, etc, etc! Great variety.”

“I went in expecting to spend a few hundred on tools for a project and I was pleasantly surprised when the nice cashier told me my total was only around $90. Good selection with a wide range of brands to choose from. Will definitely be returning.”

“Fantastic store with everything I needed. Both workers at the front of the store were super nice and took care of me. Joshua in the back helped me load my truck and was extremely friendly. Definitely a well run store. I would drive the extra miles just for the people.”

“You need to go for Frank alone. He was so helpful and knowledgeable with questions I had about a plumbing project I’ve never tackled before. Everyone is always so nice and helpful.”

“I’ve really had the best experience at this store. I’ve visited a half dozen times over the last year. They have a great selection- and the staff is nice and helpful. This last time- a lady helped me- I came in about a half hour before close. I have to drive an hour to get there- and traffic isn’t always kind. She helped me get the right coating_ and introduced me to carbide tools.I appreciate being treated well- and I love my new hobby. No amount of online shopping can replace when you get from visiting a brick and mortar store with knowledgeable staff that love the hobby.Within the first few days - I’ve already sold 2 pens, and the lady wants 3 more. Thank you for the amazing experience”

“We had an outstanding experience at this ace hardware. Our gallon of paint unfortunately spilled in the parking lot and not only did they take care of the mess, they replaced the paint free of charge. On top of that, the store lead took time with my toddler to ensure a toy we purchased for her at the store worked appropriately- he even double secured the toy with gorilla glue he had on hand. They were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding paint as well! We will definitely be back.”

“A typical Home Depot. Huge selection of stuff, hit or miss on of employees are around to help you find anything. But most times I've been here they've been great.”

“Employees are helpful and accessible. Decent selection of products in store and online. Most products are pretty well made, but if you want for sure durable and reliable you will need to get the nicer and more expensive ones. They do carry cheaper versions of most anything you're looking for, however those are less quality made -you get what you pay for!Typical home improvement store. I prefer others over this store, but my husband is always happy to go here. I think other stores are less expensive.Love that they allow dogs, good stop in the freezing weather to get your pup out of the house!”

“Excellent customer service! The guys at the rental desk were helpful and good communicators. They had no problem rinsing off what I couldn’t sweep out of the truck and trailer on a rainy day and didn’t charge extra for that.”

“It's a big place, so I have trouble finding stuff when I come here. Employees are usually easy to find and willing to help, especially with odd projects. Really appreciate their employees letting me know about the plant warranty when I was last buying shrubbery.”

“I shop here frequently and usually have a great experience. It is not often that I cannot find what I am looking for and normally staff here has enough knowledge to point me in the right direction to help me complete my project. Also for those projects that I am not willing to spend a lot of money on a piece of equipment or a tool I will use once, they have a great tool rental department as well.”
