“It was so convenient having carts inside the facilities it took me less trips to the car and no hard lifting. There's code pads at every entry way which also made me feel very safe. Bailey was wonderful, she called me to see if I had any questions about my reservation, she was so polite and patient. Talked to me about the space and if I needed any other accommodations. Great staff!”

Scouted around and RSS had the best maintained sites with more than adequate security. 24 hour keypad access was simple and reliable every time we were at the site. Storage lot was always free of debris. Well marked and enough space to move in and out with ease. Fair pricing. Easy to setup a contract. Payments handled electronically. Staff was always friendly and very willing to help when needed. Hope to be back in the spring.”

“I rented units from Ada Lowell self storage for nearly 4 years. Excellent setup and very well maintained. I never had issues with rain, snow, or security of the facility. Mike and Laura are both very professional and quick to respond. The handful of times that the front gate malfunctioned in extremely cold weather they were right on top of it. Excellent prices as well. Definitely recommend, A+”

“This was by far the highlight of my day. Life happens and we needed a storage unit, right now. Tried another location to have horrible service. I never even moved anything in because the secret code didn’t work. Rockford storage was so helpful, caring, understanding. They were able to help right away, gave us a map with directions. They provide locks, bottles of water and any other packing supplies. 4 locations that are well lit, cameras and rain gutters. Top notch business and customer service.”

Very personal with a great personality but keeping it very professional. I would recommend just because of the very simple fast and easy service I received!!! Thank you very much. “Very satisfied with my rental experience. My stuff that I stored 6 years ago was still there and in good condition. Moving out was very convenient. Had to call Customer Service to cancel my autopay after move out though. Spoke with Nas and she was very friendly and helped me complete my request. Only bummer is that there is no prorated refund if you move out in the middle of the month :(
When I moved in 6 years ago, there was prorated charge for the first month equivalent to the amount of days used, but I guess the facility was owned by a different company at that time.
Also at that time, rate was only $32 per month for a 5x5x8 unit. Ownership changed several times over the years and rent increased multiple times as well, being $82 per month at the end. Anyway, I can definitely recommend Sparebox Storage and would use them again for any future storage needs.”
“The truck we reserved was not returned by another customer. We were able to get another truck, but larger then we reserved, at the same cost. That is all good, but we do wonder if the larger truck used more gas, which then added to our over-all expense. The location tried to get the previous customer on the phone to get it back, but there was no answer. Hopefully they got the truck back eventually!”
“We used priceless storage for 9 months. Very clean and well maintained. Convenient and easy access. Very secure. We stored furniture and home goods as we were moving up to northern Michigan. Easy to reach someone in the business office. Nice and pleasant to work with. We would use again.”
“It’s good feeling to know that your personal property is secured in a good storage facility. It’s easy to get your product in, and to also exit the facility. I’m very impressed with the management. I used to lease from the old owners and they would just leave junk lay around. This new management team has done an awesome job keeping the junk out. I suggest check them out.”
