“Had an issue with my 2014 Silverado. 185k miles the trans decided to stop shifting between 2nd and 3rd. Burnt out solenoid and clutch ring. Burnt smelly trans fluid. Died on Friday, last day of my old job. Started a new job the next Monday. Was able to purchase a new rebuilt 6L80e trans from Ryan and his shop. Got it in over the weekend and was able to bring it back to Ryan and guys for programming Monday afternoon. I was back on the road the next day. I have also used Ryan and his crew for fleet vehicles repairs @ Sheldon Cleaners. They do amazing work, they are reliable, and they are affordable. I recommend them to anyone who needs transmission work. Thank you to Ryan and your guys for getting me taken care of. Especially when my vehicle is my life blood. 5 Stars”

“This was super cheap and worthwhile. I do want to mention I was confused about the engine de-greaser option, which was mentioned on the guide on the wall but had no position on the dial.”
“These guys are amazing! We brought our truck in to have it looked at for what we suspected was an alignment issue. They did a bumper to bumper inspection, noted the couple things that would need attention without trying to sell us on anything extra, and did the alignment for us. Very reasonably priced. Very kind and professional. Highly recommend!”
“Hats off to the guys at Ace Transmission. I had my 91 Chevy into them after 2 other mechanics could not diagnose the issue I was having with an annoying tapping under the hood. Ace inspected the issue to find that the problem was in the starter and not the transmission or the motor! They further inspected the flex plate for damage, thankfully no damage was found!! They called with the diagnosis and for approval before proceeding with any work.
They also found that I was missing a transmission mount?. So not only did they take care of the annoying tapping but they got rid of the mystery vibration too!!!

“i recently locked myself out of my truck with my phone inside at the ada gas station, i was unable to reach out for help and after a while of thinking about it i decided on breaking the window. i asked the guys at veenstra if they may have a tool i could use to break the window and immediately they offered to get into the truck without breaking a window as that would cost more. within 30 seconds he successfully opened my truck and disarmed the alarm. i asked how much that was going to cost me and thank him and all he wanted in return was a handshake. if you are looking for a respectable honest shop with wonderful staff then veenstra is your place. highly recommend”
