“Kelsey worked hard with the insurance company to help keep the prices down for us. The fear was the insurance company considered totaling our 12 year old car out. We didn’t have any rust on the car and it still runs great! Pfeiffer Collision did find a wheel bearing that was worn. With 106,000 miles on it, we didn’t want to try to put that repair on the list. It could likely put the repair costs over the top. We will handle that separately.
Pfeiffer Collision did find coordinated our auto rental with Enterprise (they are just across the parking lot)
We got our car back in a little over a week’s time. The repairs and paint work look great!

“If I could give six stars I would! April and the team at AutoZone were trying to help me find a wrench to disconnect a car battery and reset a tire pressure indicator. Simple, right? After three tries, I couldn’t find a tool that worked. She came out to the lot and handed me a couple of sockets, a ratchet, and I was able to get the job done right there. My family and I had a long drive, on a Sunday, and just wanted to get home without any problems. Thank you!”
“After an unfortunate run in with a young guy working on the sidewalks in our neighborhood my car was damaged and it needed some work. The door needed replacing and paint as well as the front door to color match. The wheel was damaged and needed replacing as well as did some trim pieces. Clayton and the guys at elite took over and did an amazing job getting my vehicle looking great again. These guys know their stuff and work in a timely manner. I could not recommend them more highly.”
