“Try the lasagna! It’s delicious, and a great value for the size. The meatloaf is also delicious. They have a great selection of specialty items you won’t find around Petoskey (including frozen NY bagels), and an awesome selection of zero alcohol options. I like their pizza a lot, haven’t tried much else from the deli side, but they have good sliced meats and the staff all around is very friendly. We are big fans”
“Had someone in a silver rich looking car tail me home from that store. I know this because I have road construction on my way home and I lead them through a one way circle. Unless they were in the business of doing circles in alanson, they were a tail. I had to speed up and break the law to evade them. Other than that, I love the store, next time I'll stash a weapon in my car for protection.”
“My wife sent me here to get some potting mixture so she can transplant some house plants but this store decided potting soil is out of SEASON so they can have more space to display CHRISTMAS stuff already”
“If you're looking for a delicious chef salad, stop in here and grab one. $6.99. Sliced hard boiled egg, grape tomatoes, sliced ham and turkey, with a selection of greens including baby spinach leaves. It was a lovely lunch in the middle of January gloom.”

“Nice clean store. So far all of their staff has been polite and friendly. The store has been well stocked on every occasion I have shopped there. They have a decent variety of items and prices are acceptable for a small town store. Parking is adequate and close to the entry/exit. They do not appear to have a mobility scooter or wheelchair available which would be a nice addition.”
“A very helpful and courteous employee named Scott saved the day for me! He not only helped me cash my check but he also had some very helpful suggestions on sales throughout the store. He saved me time and money. Thanks.”
“I would like to send a shout out to the amazing staff tonight 12/21/23. Our vehicle started flashing low fuel. (Gonna have to teach the new driver to check the gas gauge) . Called them because we were gonna be there about 5 minutes after closing. They watched for us to pull in and turned a pump on so we could get gas paying at the pump. Thank you so much. It saved me from having to call someone to come and help me so I could get home. God Bless you folks and Merry Christmas.”
