She did such an amazing job! Hes a small dog who shakes all the time but when I picked him up on the first day, he was calm as a cucumber. He has been groomed with Katie for a year now and I could never imagine going somewhere else. I explain what we will be doing actively wise and she recommends which style haircut will suit him best for that time frame (such as swimming a lot or tramping through snow). She is so incredibly kind and genuine. I will never have my dog(s) go anywhere else!
