We never received a text and came back at 7:20 to find out that they had given our table to another couple. They said that the couple used our name. We asked for another table and they fumbled for over 20 minutes before we were seated. I have been a loyal Open Table user for the past 20 years and never experienced anything like this. I asked for a manager to help sort this out and I was told that a manager wasn't working. Unbelievable situation!!!!
