She taught us many techniques to stop her from nipping, jumping and having her stay and walk beside us on the leash. She also helped us with our behavior - not repeating commands, having her sit calmly before opening the door etc We are very grateful for her expertise and her patience with us and our dog. She is very good at what she does.

17959 Ferry Road, CharlevoixHonestly the food and beer is really good, but the bartender was so rude to our group that it soured the entire experience. If you want to enjoy your time here, don’t ask any questions and just know exactly what you have to do.
I said “How’s it going?” and instead of greeting us, she stared like we were a nuisance. We hadn’t been here before, so we didn’t know food was next door. She was visibly upset when we asked for food, and just pointed outside. Upset when we brought up our glasses to the bar to clean our table. She was even upset we asked where to put our pizza box.
As a former server, I understand having a bad day, but don’t take it out on the customers. It wasn’t even busy when we were in there. We were all friendly, and there’s plenty of other options to go in the area that won’t treat you like that.

06872 Upper Bay Shore Rd, CharlevoixWe were in the area on vacation and stopped by to try some local wine. The layout was very nice with a rustic look, wine and spirits were delicious along with the owners who were very inviting. I would highly recommend stopping, I know I am ready to go back!

103 Park Ave, CharlevoixLove this cute place! This was our second time here. The service is excellent and friendly. I had the pulled pork omelette both visits with sourdough toast. So good. My husband likes the biscuits and gravy. Coffee is great too. Bring cash or use their ATM. No cards accepted.

202 Bridge St, CharlevoixThe Bridge Street Tap Room is a must visit for all. The food is great from brunch selections, to appetizers, to flatbreads, to great entrees and off season specials. The beer selection is huge and features all Michigan based craft brews covering a wide selection of beer styles. The best part is that the selection changes daily so there is always something new to try. The staff is top notch and Allan does a great job keeping things moving smoothly even during the busiest of days. Definitely one of my CVX favorites!

1410 Bridge St, CharlevoixI started with a bad experience, I ordered 2 Culver’s bacon deluxe’s and neither of them had the patties on them. They looked like BLT’s. I tried to call for about 45 mins-1hr. Was getting frustrated because we spent solid money on this as we passed through charlevoix. When someone finally answered, there was a resolution. To get the meals corrected. I want to shoutout the HOSPITALITY that Amanda Duke gave us. Free meals and a sincere apology and she gave us some coupons for NEXT TIME. Your customer service should NEVER go unnoticed and we WILL 100% be back at this location. Thank you for caring and catering to our hungry needs. You are a rockstar and if you aren’t the “GM”, well you should be! This is how it’s done. Had professionalism and integrity to do the right thing. She was slammed and that’s why they didn’t answer and I totally understand that! We live quite a ways away but will be definitely back!
