“My favorite bank because of its easy ATM drive thru access. There are two drive up ATM's instead of just one like most banks. It keeps customers moving which means no waiting. I bank here several times a month and never had to wait for an ATM. I use the PNC app as well but come to this brick and mortar location for my onsite services.”

“Austin was so patient & understanding with my husband & I. We both had become ill on subsequent weeks. I had forgotten one of the characters in our password when I went in to pay bills. I tried one too many times & got locked out.
We had trouble getting the problems resolved & came into Allen Park branch for our appt with Austin. He listened to us, and immediately got to work solving every single payment need (loans that had occurred, password need, etc.) We highly praise him for all his efforts.
