“This location was not like the other BW we have stayed. I should have not assumed, but breakfast is not included in your room. There is a $5.00 fee per person. The buffet breakfast offered several options. The fresh fruit was a little past it though. We ate at Mugly’s restaurant (which is where breakfast is served) for dinner because it was convenient. There was a nice variety of options. I was not allowed to order a child’s meal. There were no senior options. The area that the hotel was located is right next to the interstate and noisy. It is also heavily industrial. I believe it was some sort of chain (maybe a Ramada) previous to the BW taking over. The decor is very interestingly retro, but nice. The room was clean and was adequate for our overnight needs.”

“We stayed here for my son's soccer tournament this pasted weekend. Our room looked and smelled very clean. We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning. Had a nice selection of foods to chose from. The front desk ladies were very nice. Sorry to see other ppl saying in their reviews their experience there wasnt good but ours was excellent The hotel was clean inside and out. My only complaint would be that there was a lot of chlorine in the pool. Most of the kids eyes were red but aside from that I would stay here again.”

“I would like to share my thoughts..Since I been coming to this location it's been amazing!!!And I run a housekeeping agency in downtown Marriott!! And I could say that this hotel have great employees amazing customer service and an incredible management!! There is no way anyone could say they don't change there sheets these rooms get stripped everyday and have new sheets there employees work very hard and try there best to have there guest happy!!!All hotels are all the same you talk about one and there are plenty of hotels that does NOT CHANGE THERE BED SHEETS HAVE FLYING ROACHES AND THEY DONT CLEAN THEM CORRECT 💯‼ This hotel is very clean and have hard working employees...I'm a housekeeping Supervisor Inspector/Manager at the Marriott and I'm also a banquet Manager and I love what my employees do and that's how I feel about there employees they are doing amazing stop with all the negativity just to get back refunds.....keep up the great amazing job comfort inn suites I will definitely defend the hotel at all cost....”
