“This location was not like the other BW we have stayed. I should have not assumed, but breakfast is not included in your room. There is a $5.00 fee per person. The buffet breakfast offered several options. The fresh fruit was a little past it though. We ate at Mugly’s restaurant (which is where breakfast is served) for dinner because it was convenient. There was a nice variety of options. I was not allowed to order a child’s meal. There were no senior options. The area that the hotel was located is right next to the interstate and noisy. It is also heavily industrial. I believe it was some sort of chain (maybe a Ramada) previous to the BW taking over. The decor is very interestingly retro, but nice. The room was clean and was adequate for our overnight needs.”

“We stayed here for my son's soccer tournament this pasted weekend. Our room looked and smelled very clean. We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning. Had a nice selection of foods to chose from. The front desk ladies were very nice. Sorry to see other ppl saying in their reviews their experience there wasnt good but ours was excellent The hotel was clean inside and out. My only complaint would be that there was a lot of chlorine in the pool. Most of the kids eyes were red but aside from that I would stay here again.”

“I used to love this place but things have changed. The new staff is very off putting and rude. I work from out of town so my visits can be spontaneous. I walked in Jan 2nd to book a room around 10 am, I asked if there was any rooms available and before I could even finish speaking the lady the front desk started barking at me so I just turned around and went to Best Western next door. They charged me a extra $25 for early check in but that was cool for me! The rooms were much nicer!”
