“6/28/2026...Complete 180 from my experience last year all due to the excellent customer service shown by a yound associate named Jaden. This kid was polite, efficient, knowledgable, AND extremely patient!! But what really impressed me was the (significant) additional time he took to slowly walk my elderly mother thru the i.d. verification process...by PHONE w a calm and respectful maturity far beyond his years. I walked in planning to cancel and switch to Verizon...walked out as an ongoing, VERY satified and loyal longtime ATT customer!!! W so much negativity we hear towards gen Z'ers, Jaden helped restore my faith in tomorrow.”
