“THIS store is unbelievably amazing. John helped my family and I out of a giant mess created by “the other” store. I could not have been more upset and beside myself. John listened to me calmly even when I wasn’t calm with him. He was very apologetic and encouraged me to come in to his store so he could make things right. I admit I was hesitant. I was ready to just throw in the towel. He assured me he could help me. That he most certainly did. He was patient, kind and more than helpful. Everyone who works in that store was more than accommodating and kind. They were all very knowledgeable and I felt as if they cared about what had happened to us “over there”…..John stayed well after closing to be sure we all had our info on our phones and could access everything we needed to before restring the old phones. He wasn’t checking his watch to “get out of there”. He cared. I cannot express enough how wonderful they were to us. I sure hope they get the accolades for this that they deserve. “Now I'm sorry for this review, it's just that Boost Mobile was and still is amazing but I just really wish that they'd be able to try and get the cell company's to lower the cost of Prepaid cellphone and most of all the Contacts with the Big Phone company's is just out right extortion...But after saying my please I really did enjoy when they came out with the chirp aka the walkie-talkie feature that was awesome and I think they would really make out really well if they'd think about bringing it back... After everything, in the end I'm sure it will most likely be incredibly appreciated and truly Respected by myself and I'm sure everyone else who's tired of paying outrageous bills in late fees for a phone that is going to be outdated in less than a year.
