Have had account for 20 years and never encountered a worse experience at a branch. Manager would not help me when there was no one else working. I will never use this branch again and I wish we didn’t live in a society where the most incompetent people rise.

Seriously terrible service. I think they may be understaffed but I waited over 10 minutes for a simple withdrawal in the drive-through.

No one ever available to help with anything. Cash machine has “eaten” my card twice for no reason.
