“1st time in this store. Loved the clearance deals. Its a little overwhelming trying to find exactly what you want but thats expected at discount stores. Still 5 stars for amazing prices for name brands. Nice merino wool smartwool brand base layers for $40. They had a lot of items for pets as well. Lifejackets, backpacks type carriers for dogs, pet beds etc. Wish I had more time to spend in the store. I will be returning”
“Typical location from the brand. Location is very convenient with lots of parking spots. Most of the store associates are polite and helpful with few exceptions.”
“Tons of cute clothing, don't forget about the 2nd floor. Everything is very expensive but if you're looking for that 1 thing no one has and you want to look great...go there. Someone was playing the piano very well, made it all seem so classy. The ladies love to help you find what you're looking for. Very friendly.”

“Marshalls is good before the holidays. I find items I don't find other places or more variety of little gifts, stocking stuffers. Assortment of pads of paper, pretty pens, holiday napkins, mugs, food treats, soap and lotion, wrapping supplies. Clothes too of course.”

“I was very excited when Homegoods decided to open a store at this very location. The store is new and clean. The merchandise is versatile and interesting. The staff are inclusive. I come here every week!”
“I just had the most lovely experience with Jessica on the Lacome makeup counter. She matched my shade quickly, was eager to make sure I had what I needed, and I walked away feeling confident about my purchase. Annnd to top it all off, when they didn't have my shade she was so regretful and let me know she would put in an order and what time I should expect my foundation back in the store. Talk about top tier customer service. I hope the manager reads this - because we need more people like her and hope she is getting paid and promoted for her work ethic. Thank you Macy's.”

“I went into Nordstrom rack today to buy some clothes for a new job. I always dread trying things on & the whole shopping experience. But there was an employee who was so kind, sweet, and very helpful! (And it was so close to closing!)

“The staff at this store is always amazing. I have only done drive up pick up here (for the last 4 years) and have never had an issue.
I am just writing this next part on the chance that someone at Target corporate or Target local reads it:
This store has about 24 spots to wait for pick up.
I live in Michigan, and it is often cold and icy in the winter.
The 24th spot is the furthest across the parking lot from the building that one could get.
However, often if there is no one waiting, someone will still park in the 24th spot, causing the staff to have to walk much farther for no reason.
There must be some solution to this - are there cones or something weighted that could be put in the extra spots until they are needed?
It is unnecessary work for staff, but also 12 times the chance of the staff slipping and having an injury.”

“T.J.Maxx at stadium blvd is one of my favorite places to shop. The store is always well-organized and carries a wide selection of clothing, home décor, and accessories at great prices. I love the variety—you never know what hidden gems you’ll find, which makes each visit exciting. The staff are friendly and helpful, and checkout is usually quick and smooth. It’s a reliable spot whether I’m shopping for something specific or just browsing for deals, and I always leave feeling like I’ve gotten great value.”
“I go out of my way to go to this peticular Tractor Supply because of the customer service that I recieve. If I have any questions, they are Quick to answer. Help load up my cart and even help me load my truck. RENEE the manager is very personable and so kind. It's nice to come to a store where they treat you so well.”

I was greeted by a wonderful woman I didn't get her name but she was Black with long lots that were twisted and her colleagues who checked me out her name was Patty. They were helpful, kind, and made sure I had exactly what I needed. Hopefully, you get to see them like I did.”

“I want to praise Elaine especially for excellent service on Jan. 18 2023. I had a complicated return and Elaine demonstrated determination, patience, and great knowledge of "the system" there on the computer to complete the return. Most of all, she kept her good humor and friendliness even though the situation was a headache. She could have announced "It just isn't doable" at any time and I wouldn't have known the difference. Thank you, Elaine, for your outstanding service! I want to add that both my mom and I always find something lovely at Macy's. In all departments, the selection is excellent, and the store is pleasant and kept in good order. I really hope these "department stores" survive. They provide one-stop shopping, employ locally, and offer great sales. They are also up on trends - young people should check Macy's out!”

“I love this store because I can bring my own container for cleaners and bathroom products and by so doing avoid single use plastic containers. I especially recommend the toothpaste tablets. No more throw away plastic toothpaste tubes!”
