“This review is for the purchase phase only. The mattress has not yet been delivered.
My experience with the sales team in the store was impressive: low pressure, but with a lot of good guidance about how to pick a mattress, rather than which mattress I should pick. The value compared to price point was explained, and I waited two weeks before returning to complete the purchase. Upon my return, they remembered who I was, and reminded me of the two mattresses. I had narrowed it down to on my first trip. The purchase process was smooth, and I’m extremely satisfied with this phase of the process. .”

“Gretchen is a reason to come back to the Dixboro General Store. Not that the wonderful product selection and generally lovely energy of the store wasn’t enough but I really appreciated her conversation, assistance and demeanor. I’ve been into the Dixboro General store a few times in the last month getting gifts for Christmas and have had a wonderful experience each time. I have verbally recommended this place to friends and I’ve also shared amongst guests I’ve taken care of while I was waiting/serving down the road at the Dixboro Project(be it clear; there’s no connection of the two establishments, besides the name of the area they’re in).They change their inventory to my understanding 4 times a year to provide a fun one stop shop to get all of the things you might need to prepare for a new season. Lots of lovely home good items and various items to decorate your space. Love to visit, even though I no longer am working at the restaurant down the road, Rocky and I will still be back to visit the Dixboro General Store and Gretchen!!”

“We were looking to replace/upgrade our 25 year old Select Comfort bed. We had such a great experience with our visit and glad we decided to come here. Fierra and Tim answered all of our questions, did not pressure us at all, and helped us find the best fit for us.
Outright bed was delivered as scheduled. The installation guys were very professional and careful moving in the new bed. They went over all the features with us and got us set up completely.

“Three chairs helped me get a needed repair on my American Leather lounger bought from the store 10 years ago. They contacted the company to ensure I received the needed parts (at no cost) and referred me to a very good local repair company (Guardsman) who repaired the chair in my home at reasonable cost. great service all the way around.”

I am just writing this next part on the chance that someone at Target corporate or Target local reads it:
This store has about 24 spots to wait for pick up.
I live in Michigan, and it is often cold and icy in the winter.
The 24th spot is the furthest across the parking lot from the building that one could get.
However, often if there is no one waiting, someone will still park in the 24th spot, causing the staff to have to walk much farther for no reason.
There must be some solution to this - are there cones or something weighted that could be put in the extra spots until they are needed?
It is unnecessary work for staff, but also 12 times the chance of the staff slipping and having an injury.”
“Its refreshing when you go into a store and they deliver top notch customer service. Vanessa helped us find the right couch and even stayed past close to finalize the order. Not to mention we had been couch shopping all day and Arhaus had the best looking, most comfy couches by far.”
