Hollywood Feed
960 W Eisenhower Pkwy, Ann ArborStore personnel was amazing. Helped try and find the correct harness for my puppy and gave tons of information. She was very informative and warned of things I was not aware of, listened to all concerns and offered a perfect option. Sadly the specific item was not in stock, but i will definitely return. Even went out of her way to help load items into my vehicle. Truly appreciate all the help 10/10

Pet Supplies Plus Ann Arbor - S Main
2224 S Main St, Ann ArborGreat location, easy in/out for Ann Arbor! Plenty of parking and a short walk into the store. We are always greeted by staff here when we walk in. Great selection of products. We use this location when our doodle needs a wash, as we bought a 5 pack of passes to the self-serve station in the back. So much easier than trying to wash her at home, and the kids love getting in there and helping scrub her down and dry her off.

Pet Supplies Plus Ann Arbor - Plymouth
2607 Plymouth Rd, Ann ArborI had to come on and leave a review for Karl, the literal best employee ever! We've become regulars at this location and I truly mean it when I say Karl is a huge reason why. Our girl LOVES him -- and it's obvious why. He greets her with equal enthusiasm (which, considering she's a golden, is a tall order!), allows her to full body hug him, shares stories about his own golden, and always hooks her up with the best treat samples. Walking to this location has become a highlight of her week and she immediately walks in looking for her best friend. Also, they plan such fun events! We recently attended their free Love Your Pet day and got so many fun freebies and a take home keepsake!

Petco
3537 Washtenaw Ave, Ann ArborI needed some things for a new dog I just adopted. Petco had a good selection in everything I needed, and helpful, knowledgeable staff were available to assist me with recommendations and locating things, including puzzle games and tiny treats to put in them. The new dog is a more mild chewer than my last dog, and he really likes the durable stuffies I got him.

Pet Care

Veterinary Clinic at the Humane Society of Huron Valley
HSHV - 3100, 3100 Cherry Hill Rd, Ann ArborI have three rescued dogs, two females, one, my lab, is young and goes into heat so I have to keep the male separated from the girls inside. He has been living in an enclosed porch. It’s warmer there than outside but he was still needed to come in. I went to the humane society to surrender him with the request to adopt him once he has been vaxed and neutered. But they surprised me and scheduled him free of charge for his surgery. Within a week he received the care and came home to a welcome inside. He’s rescued and then saved. Finally a happy young potty.

Dogwood Veterinary Referral Center
33300 W 9 Mile Rd, FarmingtonCame in as a referral from Animal Emergency center in rochester -I couldn't be happier with the level of care, detail and reassurance from Dr. wycislak , Although i'm terrified still of a seizure happening again, i have much more confidence knowing that the dr is on our side/ team to help us through any future episodes or switching up treatment plans if necessary . I arrived terrified and traumatized and left feeling more confident and understanding of seizures in dogs and have peace of mind with a spray to administer if necessary- thank you so much Dr. W and team!!! we hope to never see you again ? but if this ends up being more consistent then at least I know I have you! Highly recommend , this business and its team shows prompt care, empathy , understanding , strong communication skills, detail oriented, and isn't pushy if something isn't necessary at the moment which I really appreciate.

Dixboro Veterinary Dental
5740 Plymouth Rd, Ann ArborI brought Loki here after he broke one of his canines and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Dr. Ben Colmery was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this clinic for top-notch, compassionate care! Thanks again!

Ann Arbor Cat Clinic
3690 Packard St, Ann ArborWe absolutely love Dr. Mabel Redondo! She is so great with our cats. They have been anxious at the vet before and both were so much more calm in her care. She is calm, thorough, and so extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. She was very patient and did not seem bothered or annoyed by the amount of questions my partner and I were asking her. We have had sub par experiences with veterinary offices in the past, and we are so grateful we found this practice! The staff here is amazing and the vibes are quiet and professional which is perfect for our cats. What a wonderful practice. They truly care about your cats wellbeing here and they do not treat you or you cat like a number. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Westarbor Animal Hospital
6011 Jackson Rd, Ann ArborThis vet was new to us with the arrival of our new dog in 2023. They were recommended by a neighbor, and we have truly had a wonderful experience with them. Last week we had a preventative teeth cleaning with anesthesia. The vet came in prior to the procedure and was incredibly thorough in going over what the procedure would look like and what the potential breakdown of costs would be. Every staff member is so sweet and patient. I had no worries at all when I dropped my girlie off for the day.

Compassionate Care Animal Hospital
2200 S Main St, Ann ArborWe adopted a cat who had a complicated medical history, and Compassionate Care has been wonderful. The pulse wave therapy worked wonders for our kitty who had her hip joint removed, a messed up ankle (on the other side!) and a broken pelvis. I was skeptical of the treatment, honestly, but not any more! It really helped our little girl, who is now living her best life!

All Creatures Animal Clinic
3382 Washtenaw Ave, Ann ArborBest vet in the area for exotics! I take both my rabbits and my birds here. A few days ago, I woke up to my rabbit Olive not wanting her breakfast. This is extremely unusual for her. She didn't even want a treat, which is when I knew something was absolutely wrong. So without hesitation, I called all creatures, and they had a cancelation and were able to get me in. The doctor and the staff truly go out of their way to make you feel like they truly care about your fur baby. When we walked in, there was a sign welcoming Olive. The little things like that are why I love this vet so much. To add, the doctor was very gentle and throughout along with the techs. They did an amazing job, and a few days later my baby Olive is back to herself! I truly want to say thank you to the doctor that day! Without her, my baby might not be okay right now. One last thing, this place has amazing prices! Once I got the final bill, I was surprised at how cheap it was! Overall, I am thankful to have found this place. I will definitely continue to bring my exotics here! Thank you all for being the best!

BreedAbove
2281 W Liberty St, Ann ArborI've been bringing my dogs to BreedAbove since 2015. The love and care they provide here is above and beyond what any dog parent can ask for. The prices, while high to some, are easily worth it. The staff, somehow, remembers every single dog that walks through their doors. They even remebered my 2 labs from 10 years ago!
They send report cards after each visit to let me know how my 4 month old BMD, Cleo, is doing in daycamp.
I can't imagine trusting my dog with anyone else. BreedAbove is an amazing place with amazing, dog loving staff.

Detroit Street Filling Station
300 Detroit St, Ann ArborEnjoyed a very solid and tasty tempeh Ruben with locally sourced sauerkraut and a Bell's Oberon. My compatriots enjoyed the Burrito and The World's Greatest Wrap (debatable claim, but was very, very good). Staff was attentive and music was excellent. Would visit again and recommend to anyone visiting Ann Arbor, especially on a summer or early fall afternoon.

Q Bakehouse & Market
1608 Jackson Ave, Ann ArborWhat a delightful bakery. They are always trying new flavors and creations, which means we haven't loved everything we've had, but they've got an amazing batting average. If you go you've got to try a chili crisp scone. It can get a little cramped in the space when it's busy, so maybe plan on taking things to go.

Biercamp
1643 S State St, Ann ArborHidden gem, I said it! It's has the feels of a great place to visit on a fall day or even a slight snow fall. There are fire pits and seating between the two buildings. One building has food including bbq pork, brats, onion rings and so much more. There are packaged summer sausage, brats, bacon, sauces, dips and more to choose from. Can't forget the beer and cider options as well. The other building had tables and a bathroom for people to relax inside outside of the elements. I'll definitely be back as I'm already dreaming of those delicious brats (jalapeño cheese)

hear.say brewing
2350 W Liberty St, Ann ArborThe staff here were very friendly and they had a lot of non-alcoholic options in a fridge next to the bar. I just wish there was a little more indoor seating for cold or rainy days, and the Westside Biscuit food truck was good but $15 feels like a lot for just chicken tenders with no side. However they tasted delicious and I love how much they’re supporting the local improv scene, so I’ll definitely be back!

The Lunch Room - Bakery & Cafe
2200 Fuller Ct #8B, Ann ArborWe were visiting from Illinois and searching for a great vegan breakfast spot when we came across this place, and we're so glad we did!
The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. My husband and I both ordered breakfast sandwiches. I had the Billy Jean, and he had the Supreme Ruth. Both were packed with flavor and exceeded our expectations.
Before leaving, we grabbed a Strawberry Pop Tart and a Pineapple Coconut Muffin to go. While both were tasty, the Strawberry Pop Tart was definitely my favorite and is a must-try!
If you're looking for a flavorful vegan breakfast with friendly service, this spot is well worth a visit. We'll definitely stop by again the next time we're in the area. ?❤️

The Hen Ann Arbor
403 E Washington St, Ann ArborWe absolutely love coming here and look forward to it all year. The food is consistently wonderful, and the atmosphere is one of the reasons we keep coming back.
Unfortunately, our experience with the service has been consistently disappointing. Each time we visit, we feel rushed while placing our order, even though other guests seem to be treated with much more patience and warmth.
During our most recent visit, my daughter politely asked for a little more cream for her coffee and was criticized for asking. When she later ordered a sandwich for me, she was met with an unfriendly attitude. These interactions made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, which is disappointing because we genuinely enjoy everything else about your restaurant.
We hope you’ll take this feedback to heart, as we would love for the service to match the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere that keeps us coming back year after year.
