Emily was very quick and gentle with my dog, who is extremely averse to getting his nails trimmed. I also used the pet wash station and found it to be very useful! Well-stocked with bathing products (even dog conditioner), treats for your pup, and the rubber apron was great for keeping my clothes dry and clean! I didn't use the dryer because my dog is afraid of them, but they have clean towels as well!

Now I’m retired, lost our last baby last Fall, and we just adopted a little rescue man from the local humane society. Pet Supplies Plus, whom I haven’t shopped at in years, sent us a most-welcome 40% coupon allowing us to go get brand new items for our brand new puppy. Hadn’t been in one in years but it was the same helpful staff and great stock I had always remembered. And because of that one little coupon that came at the precise moment I needed it I will return there going forward. They’re close, they’re friendly, they’re helpful, and they care, which is my #1 indicator of a good pet store.

They have accommodated my late in the day panicked calls and managed to get me in.
They are SO good with rabbits and even when you call they can get advice from the vet for you until you are able to be seen.
I appreciate all they do and have done for my two floofs
(Not to mention the cost for exotics care beats anywhere else ive seen!)

6011 Jackson Road, Ann ArborThis vet was new to us with the arrival of our new dog in 2023. They were recommended by a neighbor, and we have truly had a wonderful experience with them. Last week we had a preventative teeth cleaning with anesthesia. The vet came in prior to the procedure and was incredibly thorough in going over what the procedure would look like and what the potential breakdown of costs would be. Every staff member is so sweet and patient. I had no worries at all when I dropped my girlie off for the day.

HSHV - 3100, 3100 Cherry Hill Road, Ann ArborI have three rescued dogs, two females, one, my lab, is young and goes into heat so I have to keep the male separated from the girls inside. He has been living in an enclosed porch. It’s warmer there than outside but he was still needed to come in. I went to the humane society to surrender him with the request to adopt him once he has been vaxed and neutered. But they surprised me and scheduled him free of charge for his surgery. Within a week he received the care and came home to a welcome inside. He’s rescued and then saved. Finally a happy young potty.

Compassionate Care Animal Hospital
2200 South Main Street, Ann ArborCCAH has been great to me and my dogs. My first dog Maximo had severe heart failure and required frequent visits before he finally passed away. It was always easy to get timely appointments and the staff were incredibly caring. He had really bad anxiety at every other vet we had been to before moving to Ann Arbor, but he was always relaxed at CCAH.
My new dog Matilda also loves this practice. She gets plenty of treats and pets. Attached is a picture of her patiently waiting for staff to come back into the room so she can get more attention.

One building has food including bbq pork, brats, onion rings and so much more. There are packaged summer sausage, brats, bacon, sauces, dips and more to choose from. Can't forget the beer and cider options as well. The other building had tables and a bathroom for people to relax inside outside of the elements. I'll definitely be back as I'm already dreaming of those delicious brats (jalapeño cheese)

They let us rent out the entire picnic area in the back, let us have a fire, and provided speakers for music. Homey, comfortable, and relaxed, with amazing beer and cocktails. It was exactly the kind of night we wanted before the wedding, both families settled in around a fire with good drinks. Could not recommend more.

We were two, got 2 chorizo burgers (mine with salsa, other with Mediterranean slaw). Paid about 30$.
The burgers are small in size but filling. Very tasty, with the buns wet like a wet burger or a smash burgers.
Fries come included and half of the portion is inside the burger, but they're very tasty and well seasoned.
Atmosphere is very good: nice place with large tables (and games to pass the time) and quite convivial almost guests eating.
Employees seemed nice and to the point. Once you're finished eating, they come collect the trash. My only complain is their system: the employees roam around the place calling out your name and you have to pay attention. It was a bit uncomfortable for us because it was game day and the place was extremely full and noisy. But I guess they preferred this system for the vibes it gives, and to add more human touch?
