Friends from out of town made a birthday visit to my apartment in Northville. They snuck out and bought a gift card at Celebrity Pets down the road. Today (Christmas Eve) my big black cat Barnabas and I went to check it out. We were welcomed with opened arms and given personal shopping help by Shauna. She helped us fit him with a harness that was less restrictive than most his size. Also found a substantial collar and a mouse toy. Highly recommend this business. Ownership has a love of animals and people, and is proud of where their products come from. I'll be back for sure. and so will Barnabas.

Animal Haus

Animal Haus is special. Monique and her crew have taken care of our beloved furbabies for over 25 years. Competitors have tried to poach us to no avail. You will not find a more kind, caring, knowledgeable groomer anywhere. And the dogs love it there. We referred hubby's boss there for her old, special needs dogs and she is thrilled with her entire experience there. One dog is blind and the other is deaf and they depend on each other to get around and feel safe. And they feel safe and are well cared for at Animal Haus. So many of us really know what a treasure Monique and her crew are. We feel so strongly that we are on the waiting list for our sweet new pup, Sunny. In our eyes, there is no better groomer.

Dog-Gone Beautiful

I have been taking my dogs to groomers for over 15 years...and I have FINALLY found a place I love! Dog-Gone Beautiful is simply the best. 5 stars for the cage-free environment, the staff, and the results. (original post from 2017?).

It's now 2025 and we are back at Dog-Gone Beautiful after some very weird pandemic years. Our dogs look SO good. A huge thank you for this business and how good they make the dogs look and the owners feel. Keep it up!

We've been here a couple times now-first time in the new location just over the weekend. Parking and the location of the store is much better than their previous location. We weren't 100% sure about the parking but the friendly staff let us know that parking in the lot where the store front is located, is okay. The store is more spacious and offers quite a bit of drinks and snacks. We ordered better than sierra- which is now my favorite, and muffalata. Both sandwiches were absolutely delicious! You can tell the quality of the bread, meat, and sides are far better than other sandwiche shops. You do pay for the quality but think it's absolutely worth it. We also got a side of tuna pasta salad that was pretty good! I wish they added a bit more celery but could see this going great with crackers.

Alright! What a great restaurant and such a great service! Went in for an icecream with my son for his bday and ended up eating lunch. One of the best philly cheesesteaks i had. There is a toy train that runs overhead and my two year old loved it!
