We have shopped in the store and had a great experience. I was also helped by Sami from the Ann Arbor store over the phone. I was looking for a particular size for a dress. She tracked it down at another store, called me back that day and shipped it to me. She was great to work with! Wonderful customer service!

Employees were nice but the clothing is overpriced and horrible Shein level quality. A search of the brands there online show cheap clothes that are made to be bought in bulk and resold. I left after seeing $50+ sweatshirts and sweatpants that were 100% polyester

No problems with staff, perfectly pleasant. However, clothing quality here is absolute GARBAGE. I thought I was disappointed when I was in Verbena and then this place was even worse, awful. Clearly just a drop shipping brick and mortar, save the markup and order shein.
