“Yesterday 11/4/24 I was in trying to find new dress pants for a job I am starting today. Will, your employee is absolutely amazing, not only did he reassure me that we would find something and to not stress, he did it in such a kind way. He asked if I needed help any time we met eye contact and the whole time while helping me he was organizing, folding, and fixing up the store. He is simply amazing and I’m truly appreciative of his service. We actually were able to find TWO pairs of pants. Thanks will!

“Everyone was very helpful here. I made an online order for two T-shirts online. It told me that only one would be available in the store when I got there. When I got there, they had the other t-shirt, but they only gave me one, and told me that I still had the wait on the other one. It was about a week before it came. Very disappointing. On a regular they're very expensive but the sales are nice though when you can catch it”

“Ann Arbor's hidden gem. Hands down, my go-to spot for shopping in town. They have the cutest brands (Still Here, GUIZIO, Aviator Nation, Rag & Bone, Elwood, Bella Venice, Frankies Bikinis, etc) & a great selection of elevated denim you can’t find anywhere else nearby. I also love their charm bar/embroidery pop-ups. Definitely one of the best parts of going to school at UofM.”
“Spencer’s is one of those stores that is simply fun to walk into. Located inside the mall, it has an energetic atmosphere filled with quirky gifts, novelty items, funky T-shirts, and things you didn’t even realize you wanted until you saw them.
I enjoy stopping in because there is always something new to look at, and the store regularly seems to have good promotions and deals whenever I visit. The staff have always been friendly and approachable, which makes browsing feel relaxed and enjoyable.
It’s a great place to find fun gift ideas, humorous items, and affordable graphic T-shirts without spending too much. Spencer’s brings a playful, nostalgic mall experience that is becoming harder to find.”
“I just had the most lovely experience with Jessica on the Lacome makeup counter. She matched my shade quickly, was eager to make sure I had what I needed, and I walked away feeling confident about my purchase. Annnd to top it all off, when they didn't have my shade she was so regretful and let me know she would put in an order and what time I should expect my foundation back in the store. “Love the selections that I've been seeing both in the store and on the website. It would be nice to see more items displayed in the store in sizes above a women's large. “I want to praise Elaine especially for excellent service on Jan. 18 2023. I had a complicated return and Elaine demonstrated determination, patience, and great knowledge of "the system" there on the computer to complete the return. Most of all, she kept her good humor and friendliness even though the situation was a headache. She could have announced "It just isn't doable" at any time and I wouldn't have known the difference. Thank you, Elaine, for your outstanding service! I want to add that both my mom and I always find something lovely at Macy's. In all departments, the selection is excellent, and the store is pleasant and kept in good order. I really hope these "department stores" survive. They provide one-stop shopping, employ locally, and offer great sales. They are also up on trends - young people should check Macy's out!”
