“It is nice to have a local store where I can try on athletic shoes. Each brand has different sizing and ordering online does not work. The sales’ staff is fun and friendly and it is a pleasant experience to shop at Fleet Feet!

I need to add to this review! I made a big mistake, that involved me needing to return brand new shoes, but WAY past their deadline. I told them I would understand if the answer was no. But they listened to me and understood what happened-totally my fault. (These were shoes I had tucked away for the summer.) The two excellent clerks were in a tough position. They don't get to make these decisions. But one of them texted their boss, and they agreed that in this case a store credit would be appropriate. They did not have to do that, but they recognized me as a regular customer and wanted to make it good for me.
I try very hard to support local businesses, and this business will see me over and over again, and I will be recommending them to all my friends!”

“Was in there with a web order exchange, Greg Sebastian assisted me. With all the tip culture and people wanting tips just for walking in the door, this was a time I would have been happy to tip. I actually asked if I could tip but was declined.
Greg had me use their foot measuring system, against my assessment and manual measuring.. had me go up a full size from what i thought I wore from the past. Glad i drove 45min, totally worth the peace of mind and the help I received. Thanks again Greg, you were great!”

“Employees are very kind. I forgot a bag in there, called it red, look around for a few minutes, and gave up. as I was leaving, an employee found my bag and returned it to me. the bag was gray, not red :0
I am very thankful. It was only a mug, but the employees really went above and beyond that day.”

“Had a shoe emergency in the middle of the day and called the store to see what the store had in stock for black flats. Although the exact brand I was thinking of was not available, when I arrived the sales associate had pulled several alternative styles for me, which was incredibly helpful! I was able to make a quick purchase and get back to work, crisis averted. I am very happy with the shoes I purchased, super high quality that will hopefully last me a long time.”

“I had a very positive experience here for first time shopping. Before exploring WHBM, I was struggling to find work pants my size in stores around Ann Arbor. However, I could immediately picked two pairs of straight and wide leg pants here thanks to the supportive staff. They even checked in on me outside the fitting room and gave me some combinations to try. Very enjoyable experience.”
“The store is great but their bank, Comenity, treated me very badly -- called demanding I pay $43 at once because the post office had returned my $29 check (saying it was wrongly addressed but it wasn't) and then Comenity added $14 interest for 10 days or so!”

“Probably the best experience i’ve ever had clothes shopping. As a senior in college in need of professional clothing for the first time I came in extremely confused. However, T.K and Jen worked with me by laying out clothes for me to try until I left with an entire outfit that made me feel good as well as saying me the most money possible! Definitely recommend this store!!”

“I cannot emphasize enough how positive my experience was in this location. I was buying jeans for an upcoming engagement shoot after weeks of going to different stores (including different Madewell locations) and trying on tons of different jeans with no success. Not only did I find super cute, flattering jeans - I received the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. Brittany and Emma helped me the whole way through - giving me styling advice, guidance on sizing /fit, and generally supported. I typically hate everything about the try on process - the hot lights, the line waiting, the guilt for creating more work for the employees, and of course, the body shame. Emma and Brittany never made me feel guilty for taking up a fitting room (for two hours) or for the multiple pairs of jeans that didn’t work out. I loved my experience and hope they know how much of a difference they made.”

“I want to praise Elaine especially for excellent service on Jan. 18 2023. I had a complicated return and Elaine demonstrated determination, patience, and great knowledge of "the system" there on the computer to complete the return. Most of all, she kept her good humor and friendliness even though the situation was a headache. She could have announced "It just isn't doable" at any time and I wouldn't have known the difference. Thank you, Elaine, for your outstanding service! I want to add that both my mom and I always find something lovely at Macy's. In all departments, the selection is excellent, and the store is pleasant and kept in good order. I really hope these "department stores" survive. They provide one-stop shopping, employ locally, and offer great sales. They are also up on trends - young people should check Macy's out!”
“They have a lot of good shoes here all of the newest releases. Would highly suggest it. The one thing I didn't like is that they didn't have a lot of Jordan 1 highs in stock maybe that was just because of when I went with the release dates. I would give this place an 8 out of 10.-update I just got Nike blazer mid 77's here ( see picture) they are awesome.”
“For many years I have relied on Ann Taylor for attractive, well fitting ‘work clothes' and have always received good service. Yesterday afternoon, I went to the Briarwood store in a panic with a need to pull together an outfit for an important 6:30pm event and did they ever come through for me! It is so refreshing to get real, person to person help on the floor! As it turned out, there was a 50% off sale going on to boot..1/2 of everything I bought!”
