“Nice J's & mailed promptly. They use USPS so my package took over 10dys to arrive. The shoe box got a little scuffed up & damaged. When not being used they're stored in there so the box definitely matters. Would absolutely recommend & will buy from again just suggest they use a different shipper. Plan on stopping in the store when in MI next - excited about that!”

Paul did a great job explaining my feet scan to me, as well as answering a few of my running technique questions. So far I am loving my new On shoes! “Oh my gosh! 🤭 I don’t even know where to begin. . The Ladies That work in this Store are absolutely amazing at Their Job and Customer Service. I mean Superb, they were kind, they were attentive, they had Smiling Faces, incredibly Helpful. So helpful that when we couldn’t figure out how to work the parking meter one of them came out and operated it for us! I loved how she was dressed like a Ray of Sunshine on a gloomy rainy Day. We had a long drive from the City, My Husband and I needed to use the Restroom and we were kindly Shown the way. We asked for Lunch recommendations and was directed to a Central Market that served us Some of the Best Calamari I’ve had in Michigan. Two Thumbs Up! I highly recommend stopping By and seeing for yourself 😊”
“I got amazing boots and service at this location today. I purchased a pair of the Traction Tred Lite BOA's. The Salesman, Josh DiStefano, was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about every product I asked about. He kept running into the back to search for my size. By the end, I think we had about 8 pairs laying around me. I kept going back and forth on the style I wanted. He helped me make my final decision by reminding me about the warranty and how great this particular boot was. He then made sure I got the correct aftercare products, and demonstrated how to properly apply them, to help my purchase last even longer. Needless to say, both my feet and I, are very happy customers. I'll be sure to see him the next time I'm in the market for new work boots. Hopefully that won't be for another couple of years though.”
“By far my favorite store! Quality of the clothing is top-notch, and the service is impeccable. Gigi’s Mode is my first stop whenever I am in need of an outfit! Choosing clothes or accessories is not my forte, but the owners are so helpful and have a great eye. And — they will be honest if something does not flatter or suit you, which I really appreciate.
I recently bought dresses for an out-of-town wedding and rehearsal dinner… I got stopped and complemented on my outfits SO many times. I’ve never received so many compliments on an outfit! At leanot since I wore another one of my Gigi‘s Mode dresses to a networking event a couple of months prior. ? Highly recommend ??”

“I’m not usually a boutique shopper because it intimidates me. I had the opportunity to attend a private shopping event at Ferne’s though and it changed everything. Dani was the absolute best. Tevin the owner treats his customers like friends and family, he’s a hardworking young entrepreneur and my son really admires him for that, he’s a great role model. “I had a very positive experience here for first time shopping. Before exploring WHBM, I was struggling to find work pants my size in stores around Ann Arbor. However, I could immediately picked two pairs of straight and wide leg pants here thanks to the supportive staff. They even checked in on me outside the fitting room and gave me some combinations to try. Very enjoyable experience.”
“The store is great but their bank, Comenity, treated me very badly -- called demanding I pay $43 at once because the post office had returned my $29 check (saying it was wrongly addressed but it wasn't) and then Comenity added $14 interest for 10 days or so!”

However, T.K and Jen worked with me by laying out clothes for me to try until I left with an entire outfit that made me feel good as well as saying me the most money possible! “I cannot emphasize enough how positive my experience was in this location. I was buying jeans for an upcoming engagement shoot after weeks of going to different stores (including different Madewell locations) and trying on tons of different jeans with no success. Not only did I find super cute, flattering jeans - I received the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. Brittany and Emma helped me the whole way through - giving me styling advice, guidance on sizing /fit, and generally supported. I typically hate everything about the try on process - the hot lights, the line waiting, the guilt for creating more work for the employees, and of course, the body shame. Emma and Brittany never made me feel guilty for taking up a fitting room (for two hours) or for the multiple pairs of jeans that didn’t work out. I loved my experience and hope they know how much of a difference they made.”

“I had a wonderful shopping experience here. The store has a great selection of toddler clothing, and I love that both brands share the same cash register, making checkout seamless.
The highlight of my visit was the exceptional customer service. I was looking for toddler pants, and a staff member went above and beyond—helping me find the right size and even checking the back for additional options on sale. It was such a kind gesture, and I truly appreciated the effort.

I had a complicated return and Elaine demonstrated determination, patience, and great knowledge of "the system" there on the computer to complete the return. Most of all, she kept her good humor and friendliness even though the situation was a headache. She could have announced "It just isn't doable" at any time and I wouldn't have known the difference. Thank you, Elaine, for your outstanding service! I want to add that both my mom and I always find something lovely at Macy's. In all departments, the selection is excellent, and the store is pleasant and kept in good order. I really hope these "department stores" survive. They provide one-stop shopping, employ locally, and offer great sales. They are also up on trends - young people should check Macy's out!”
