“I absolutely love this store. The staff is very experienced and take the time to make sure you walk out with the perfect shoe for you. My oldest son has flat, wide feet and constantly struggles with finding a shoe that fits appropriately and is comfortable for a 12hr shift. The sales associate fit him with the perfect shoe. She was very knowledgeable when it came to foot issues such as flat feet, bunions, and hammer toe. She made sure to show him the shoes that were best for his condition. She also fit my husband and I with the perfect shoes while my 3yr old bombarded her with questions and my 1yr old was screaming. She never rushed us and never got flustered. She even got us a discount and found me a pair of my favorite shoes on clearance.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes online that were too tight. I normally really hate taking things back, but instead of mailing the pair of shoes back, I decided to go into the store and do the exchange. They didn't have the size I wanted at the store and Jill was so amazing at helping. She ordered the right size from me, looked up my account and found two extra coupons that I can use and got me out of the store under three minutes. She was extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant and so quick. It's a refreshing change to see someone so helpful and courteous behind the counter.”

“Had a shoe emergency in the middle of the day and called the store to see what the store had in stock for black flats. Although the exact brand I was thinking of was not available, when I arrived the sales associate had pulled several alternative styles for me, which was incredibly helpful! I was able to make a quick purchase and get back to work, crisis averted. I am very happy with the shoes I purchased, super high quality that will hopefully last me a long time.”

“The store is great but their bank, Comenity, treated me very badly -- called demanding I pay $43 at once because the post office had returned my $29 check (saying it was wrongly addressed but it wasn't) and then Comenity added $14 interest for 10 days or so!”

“Probably the best experience i’ve ever had clothes shopping. As a senior in college in need of professional clothing for the first time I came in extremely confused. However, T.K and Jen worked with me by laying out clothes for me to try until I left with an entire outfit that made me feel good as well as saying me the most money possible! “They have a lot of good shoes here all of the newest releases. Would highly suggest it. The one thing I didn't like is that they didn't have a lot of Jordan 1 highs in stock maybe that was just because of when I went with the release dates. I would give this place an 8 out of 10.-update I just got Nike blazer mid 77's here ( see picture) they are awesome.”
