I starting going to Fenkel years ago and take both my Cadillac and Lexus for service. As far as a rating from 1-10 I give Fenkel a 12.”

“I was worried about my fiancees car it scared me ever time she drove it. She called Summit Place Kia and they really helped her they found out a lot of information on her car. They found out recalls never done before she bought the used car. They made sure that she was taken care of and got her in the next day. They even doing the front alignment the next day. They help her alot they are the best. She had 4 recalls and they did them in 3 hours. I'd buy a car from them.”

“I had a bent rim on one of my tires and thought I was going to have to buy a new rim and tire. I gave this location a call and they told me to bring the tire in for them to look at. Within about 30 minutes I got a call saying they had fixed the rim and the tire was holding air. I was very pleasantly surprised and grateful for their help! Everyone I talked to was super kind and helpful throughout the process.”

Really i think you didn't deserve a 1 star review. anyone who's worked in automotive industry a long time such as myself knows PRODUCTS COME AND GO..I could see if there were an issue with a product. But to leave a 1 star review because a product is discontinued.. Guy needs to grow up.. Spend a little more time in the field there's not a single thing being used Today that was used when i was a kid.. Im not just going to leaving bad reviews crying about it. I try out other products and use what works best for me. Sometimes you find the new stuff is even better which is usually the case.So there you go..”
“If I was able to do a ten satr I would. I never buy car parts online. But this by far best decision ever. I called to male sure that they received my order. Both the lady whom answered the phone and the lady in sales, Megan I think is the name, we're delightful. I explained everything and asked if I did purchase the right size and color. They were great.
