Forever 21 at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets is a big, huge store with a huge selection of the latest clothing and accessories for women, men, and girls. It offers a great selection of jeans, tops, jackets, shorts, shoes, swimwear, and jewelry, with most sizes in stock. The store is safe, clean, well-organized, and easy to flow through. Employees are very friendly, helpful, and kind. While some find the durability of items can be quite short, it is a place to find entire outfits for any non-formal occasion, with many unique items you won't find anywhere else. It provides trends and styles for all, aiming for a positive impact since 1984.

Big store with lots of selection. The largest outlet mall did not fail. Mall hours are convients and the mall is easy to flow thru. My life spent a paycheck in forever 21. They must be doing something right
