“They desperately need to update their pump configuration like other costcos in the area. Way too much traffic. Wait takes over 10 minutes to get gas which is ridiculous during non peak hours.”

“Great savings. No need to do any further research, once you find product in Costco. Best quality for the price. None can beat, even the most popular online stores”

“Gas is always cheaper. Shouldn't make you get behind people let the line move when someone leaves. Next in line. I have been made to move behind people and Are still waiting because the person in front can't work the pump, while people on both sides have come and gone.”

“Listen… I don’t know what kind of employee training magic is happening here, but every single person is NICE. Like… suspiciously nice ? The cart attendants? Absolute legends. You barely pull into a parking spot and they’re already on a mission to grab your cart like it’s the Olympics. Management—give these people a raise, a trophy, a pizza party, something!! Store is clean, prices are great, and honestly… dare I say it… better than Costco ? (yeah, I said it). 10/10 experience. I came for groceries and left with restored faith in humanity.”

“I stopped by Costco today for gas after a pretty bad experience at Discount Tire. As I was leaving Costco, I drove around by the tire service center to see if someone could assess the tire that Discount had just overfilled. The bays were closed but Logan was walking out of the store and I asked him if he could help me. He asked if I had an appointment and said no, and explained the situation. He said yes and told me to drive around to the garages. He quickly and happily helped my tires. I always love everything about Costco and was really grateful for the help today. Everyone should learn from Costco and their standard for hiring employees!”

“My mom needed a few things from here so we stopped by. They lay out is just like most Sam's. You are accosted when walking in by some person selling something. I wasn't disrespectful, but I quickly shut down his advances. We knew what we needed and nothing more! I mean, this isn't Target, lol! Anywho, it was a little busy in here but nothing too bad. We spent very little time in the self check-out lane and made our way out the store. We only encountered the lady who checked our receipt walking out. She was very funny! It's Sam's...if you've been in one you've been in them all. It's the staff that can make them or break them”

“The parking is great, easy to find a spot. If for whatever reason the other Costcos in metro detroit can't fill your script, go here, they have better, more consistent service. There is more room for people, and the pharmacy lines are shorter. I go out of my way to go here.”
