“I love to shop local and too have a hardware store in walking distance is good. But when they almost always have what I'm looking for and I don't have to make a long drive that's great. To that off with friendly service and u got a winner!”

“Decent if you only need one or two quick things and you don't want to go to a big box store. Unfortunately, the pricing seems to be much higher on certain items that I have compared. The staff is very helpful and friendly from the minute you walk in the door. The store has had a newer remodel and has made the flow much better. I will say the Ace rewards program is pretty much useless. So many constraints and so short timelines that anymore. For me it's not worth it. So know when they ask if I have a rewards number. I'll just be skipping that. It definitely will keep buying there even though some of the stuff is much higher than I want to pay because them being in our community is a vital commodity.”

“Associate asked if I needed help. I said I was looking for a cotter key. We went to the appropriate aisle, located the cotter keys, removed 2 for me, slipped them in a bag, wrote the price on a bag. I went to the register and paid for them.”

“Great local hardware store, helpful staff, and big selection of fasteners to tackle most fix it jobs. Jam packed with gardening supplies, electrical, plumbing, paints, etc. Even kids toys and camping stuff. Ask and they probably have what you need to finish up your project”

“Wonderful shopping experience. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Lowes Michigan City is also very friendly. Lowes Benton Harbor is exceptional. The best.”

“I ordered the subscription service for the first time & wasn't sure it would arrive on time, so I ordered a small bag for pick up. Next thing I know, the large bag I ordered was delivered, along with the smaller bag because they noticed I ordered it & hadn't gotten it yet. How considerate! Also, their employees are always kind and amazing evey single time I'm there. My dog loves going on little adventures through the store & getting a treat on the way out.”

“It had been a long time since I was at Michiana Supply and had a great experience ! They made a hyd. hose for me in minutes and the price was fantastic ! They have so many products and services that I either didn't know or forgot about, but I won't let that happen again. A great business and resource for this community !”

“I stopped in here at my plumber's recommendation with no idea of what kitchen faucet I wanted. The sales person was super friendly and helpful, taking a lot of time to show me a variety of faucets and their features. When I found the one I wanted she was able to have it shipped directly to my home. Much better experience than looking for a faucet at a box store.”

“Nice little hardware store. Guy working there was very kind and chatty. Note: If Google tells you that this place has disc golf discs, it is lying :) They do not have them and never have.”

“As owner of a construction company, we frequent Home Depot and never have issues here. I'd like to shout out Elizabeth in paint. She was able to paint match a color in less than 5 minutes after I had spent hours working with SW to get the match. After it still wasn't right, I ran to HD and was in and out in 10 and it was a MATCH!!! I'm just going to call Elizabeth the paint pro now!!!!”

“Stopped in to grab a new temperature guage(12:1 infrared laser thermometer) its ruggedly built. I walked some of the aisles and found some other items I needed. Asked one of the employees where something was while they were helping another customer. Very knowledgeable, pointed me in the right direction to the exact spot. I would stop here for any tools or needed accessories.”

“Angela in the appliances department is mind-blowing wonderful! We received a new range that just didn’t look the way we thought it would, and she helped us arrange a return and also price matched the replacement over the phone at 9pm. She was kind, courteous, diligent and truly just above and beyond staying until 10:20pm to help us when she absolutely could have just said not tonight folks. Thank you Angela!”
