“Store brand products are 20% Iess than other stores like Meijer and Kroger. Well organized layout so you can get in and out quickly. Friendly cashiers that are faster than any self bagger can handle! I love this store. I love their cheese selection. Borganzola is really good”
“I love this store and get all my halal meats from here, as well as other things I cannot find in the regular stores. The owner is so sweet, I really recommend this place, especially for those looking for halal meat.”
“First let me state, I am not a restaurant but I love GFS. Surprisingly I find they have some of the best Kosher Food options in my location. The Racconto Pasta Sauces are so good compared to what i kind find in other places and the have a great selection of cheeses. So yes I go to GFS just for those items but that doesn't stop me from finding other great finds when i am there. Also the staff is friendly and there is never a line. So don't be afraid to run in there for one or two items.”

“They have every Asian food that you need. I've had the Enoki mushrooms, fish cake and a jar of spicy red chili octopus. The octopus was a bit to chewy for me. They have a fantastic selection.”

“Went in on recommendation from a friend and found the place to be more of a hole in the wall with amazing authentic mexican eats type foods. Bought some in house made chorizo that was absolutely amazing in flavor. The in-house made tortilla chips hit the spot as well. Don't forget to hit the. I hate it's so far away but will definitely be back to make future purchases.”

“This is a great Meijer for a quick shopping trip. Well stocked, clean, and friendly. You can easily find what you're looking for in the store. This location doesn't have space for everything at a full size Meijer, but what they do offer is plenty and wisely planned so you will most times find what you need for Home, Garden, and Entertainment needs. Overall a great store with a consistent and reliable pharmacy.”

“Noodles, tofu, and rangoons are great for takeout. There are a lot of Asian grocery items you wouldn’t find most places, though the stock is not consistent (one time I went and bought bamboo shoots and water chestnut, but the next time they had neither in stock).All around, a nice small business shop.”
“This is a fantastic location. The best one in all of Lansing! The lady who did my pick up order tonight was fabulous! From the moment I walked in she did nothing but help her customers and did it with a smile on her face! She even double bagged my items and tied it , because the items I had were heavy.I will not shop at any other location from now on. Every other location seems to have really angry people working at all times and they make the shopping experience horrible! It really matters how the employees treat people and this lady has it down pat! I wish I would have gotten her name just so I could tell her manager how awesome she was!”

“I recently fell and broke my arm. The cashier was kind enough to carry my heavy bag of rock salt to my vehicle for me. She was kind and patient to the older gentleman in line before me. I'm sorry that I did not get her name so that you all could praise her.”
“The butcher is amazing. Called and asked for a specific cut and it was not available the way I asked... 30 minutes before closing. So this artist too another cut de-boned it and gave it the spiral cut I asked for... again 30 minutes before he closes. He is amazing will be asking for him again for sure.”
“I've been dealing with this particular establishment since there opening.The best thing I can say and admire about this business is that if the bank isn't open or you're having difficulties cashing a check! This is the location to come to they have assisted me on several occasions successfully I might add with quite substantial amount tender, sure they take there cut which is reasonable given this is not a bank! But" performs as such when needed, These are some of the brightest" and we'll to do businessmen I've ever had the pleasure of being acquainted.”

“Good place in my opinion, Prices are raised compared to a wholesaler but what do you expect? You want meijers prices go to meijers, Convient store to have in the area & the staff was attentive and prevented me from buying a milk that was supposed to be off the shelf.”

“My 1st time there at Monticello's!!!! Wowwww, the ready-to-grab cranberry chicken salad croissant sandwich was DELICIOUS, and so was the very veggie side salad and also the tiramisu!!!!
