“After another auto glass place came with the wrong part then couldn’t come back for another week I contacted Glass Doctor. They actually looked up the VIN number (which I had also given the Safelite and they still brought the wrong part) to verify they could get the right part and called the supplier to see if they could rush it to them. After a little leg work they were able to get me in the very next morning! I would definitely recommend Glass Doctor if youneed a windshield replaced, their service was great and cost was comparable as well!”

“Bought a 2022 Lincoln Corsair from Carvana. It showed up with a seat needing a repair (hard shell separation from leather and common for Corsairs). Carvana warranty sent me to Gerber on Capital for the repair. Chad and Allison were AMAZING! Super simple process for a customer. Didn’t take long to repair and they cleaned my car better than Carvana did at delivery! lol. Hoping I don’t need them again but will for sure go there on my own, if I do.”

“The communication was great. I got a text a few days beforehand asking to confirm the appointment. The day of they called me and let me know the between time, and then called me and let me know they were in there way and how far out they were.
He replaced our entire windshield. Even took our dash cam down and saved our oil change paper and put the oil change paper back on and explained what to do for the next few days.
