“This is for the one on Roosevelt St. I'm not a member here, I go to Kellogg. I do however take someone there 1-2 times a week. I think the people there are very nice, I like the girls. My problem has nothing to do with them personally. It has to do with HOW DIRTY THE TUBES IN THE DRIVE THRU ARE!! Never seen anything like it! They even have the PINK tubes (breast cancer?) and there is black sticky stuff on it and the rest is just plain filthy! I even mentioned it to the guy there, he said I'll let them know. Last week we were at the S.W. Capital branch and their tubes are VERY clean. You would never see dirty tubes like this at Kellogg's either, in 20 years I haven't. Good way to spread germs! What if you don't have any wipes or sanitizer with you? Like I didn't. I felt dirty until I got home and could wash my hands. Please take pride in what you do, go the extra mile and make someone's day and PLEASE CLEAN YOUR TUBES!!! When you do, I will update this review!

“M c c u has employees that are always very professional polite and extremely helpful I love how my credit union keeps tabs on unusual purchases and manages to catch those that I did not personally do that is one of the major reasons I stay with mccu even though there are other credit unions closer to where I live now”
“My experience with Omni has been AMAZING! From the very beginning I was helped by Ms Christina Mazo and Mr John Lawrence. I was iffy about buying a car out of state and didn’t even know where to start but they took the time to explain the WHOLE process and what to expect and assured me that if I ran into ANY problems they would help and sure enough.. they have kept their word! Ran into some problems with the dealership but Christina and John have been on top of it and this goes a long way for me! They’ve showed me they care just as much as I do and their sense of urgency is amazing! this above and beyond customer service makes me glad I went with them I look forward to banking with them for many years to come! “Good location if you're in or near Penfield. Service is reasonably on point. Not too often overly busy, but it does have it's moments there. Coin sorter can be a tad bit or miss as to if it's working or needs emptying. But really amidst a few minor issues it's a proper branch.”

“Very professional customer service. I am a shared branch customer. The only I have with Consumers is if you are a shared branch member, you have to conduct YOUR transactions inside Consumers branch only. We are not allowed to perform any of our transactions through their ATM nor their drive-thru. It's very inconvenient if you have a disability and have a difficult time getting in and out of the vehicle. Other than that, service is great.”

“Location is everything for this one. Definitely on the small side, but located right in downtown BC makes that easy to overlook. Staff/employees seem to have all been there a real long time and are more than easy enough to get along with. Really only thing that knocks off a star here is being again the smallest location and while not applicable for me no drive thru. Still a great branch.”
