“One must be a subscribing member to Sam's Club to use the Gas Station. One can't just drive up and use the pumps. I think that the amount I save in fuel costs pays for more than half of the membership cost, however. I do like that there's only one direction to drive up to the pump and I also love how easy it is to use the Sam's Club app to use the gas pump and pay for the fuel. I dont even need my debit card at all to put fuel in my car, just my phone.
With the Battle Creek, Michigan location, there's 2 drawbacks. First of all, during busy times, you have to wait in one of the several lines of cars to get to a pump and that can take 10 minutes sometimes, or more. Feels like forever when I'm in a hurry! And at the end of the pumps, the concrete isnt even and it slants towards the pumps. When it rains or there's a lot of snow melting, anyone at the middle pumps has to walk through and stand in 1-1.5 inch deep water to get out of their car and pump fuel. When the water puddle is there, depending on the amount of water, it makes one to two pumps useless on one side unless you're wearing waterproof shoes. Add that to the busy times and you've really got a wait on your hands.
There are only 2 options for fuel - unleaded and premium - at Sam's Club, but their lower prices keep them some of the cheapest fuel in town and always worth the wait for me.”
“This little mom and pop gas station tries helping people by giving back to the people. A small bonus of gas when you buy gas. Small parking lot so be patient while you want for gas. Friendly staff”

“I think I bought some weird kind of nut snack here. Probably bought petrol. I’m not really someone who cares about the cleanliness of a gas station bathroom. If it works, I’m satisfied. So take my review with a grain of salty nut snack.”
“I think this is probably the overall best gas station in the Battle Creek area. The employees go above and beyond to keep that place clean. It always smells very nice inside. The employees at the gas station, as well as at Dunkin are all extremely friendly.
I spoke with a manager about an item that I had purchased from there and he made sure I was happy with the item when I left.
The automatic doors are a nice addition as well.
Plus there's plenty of gas pumps and parking.”

“Everything you need but their lights are on all night long and it looks like they're open. You pull in there, get out and walk in and they're not open and other people are just pulling in. Lights are on like they're open. They need to Brandon them down some And put a sign that says closed in neon somewhere on the front if they're going to leave the lights that bright”
“Convenient gas station with an attached restaurant and a very close truck stop, I stopped in here for coffee and a bottle of water for the drive to the office. Friendly service, clean and bright interior, all the right coffee fixings to go with the coffee. They do offer a "frequent flier" card for free coffee after so-and-so number of purchases. I'm a fan. Easy to park, drive thru has easy access and always a person with a smile at the window ! They love to give my Yorkie dog treats, because he's so small they have 2 different types of dog treats, big bone for the larger dog and small soft treats for the smaller dogs. The store is always clean and stocked. Restrooms are always clean.
The staff is well trained and informed of how their rewards program works.
They will actually take the time to help you with your cell phone to show you how to use the reward program!
Again, customer service is everything!!
Not a thing of the past at this Citgo station.”

“Solid gas station that has just been recently remodeled. There is a Subway inside and a large selection of snacks and other food products inside as well. There is a full public bathroom for use that is well maintained and kept clean. The gas station is popular with both Harper Creek High School and middle school students, and can tend to get busy around 3:00 in the afternoon when the students are dismissed from school. There is an exterior car wash and plenty of pumps to fill up with. Definitely one of the higher quality gas stations in the area.”

“I came to Battle Creek from Toledo for an event at the Leila Arboretum. My low oil pressure light came on just as I got to Battle Creek earlier in the day. I am a vendor & had to be there, so I did not get a chance to address it until nearly midnight. They sold me the needed oil, but I found the oil cap on the car was horrendously stuck. The outside lights go off & they began to close for the night. I was overtired, underfed, 150 miles from home at midnight, it was still super hot out, & I was about to lose my dang mind ☹️ The two young gentlemen who were working there came out & stayed late to help me, & one of them finally succeeded in unsticking the cap. I made it back to Toledo safely & w/ engine intact because these two young men were kind enough to simply help a stranger at midnight. They were awfully funny too lol. I was super lucky to have run into them!!! Thank you!!!”

“We stopped to get Subway sandwiches for lunch after a six hour drive, and our two year old needed to move around. The ladies at the register were super patient with him and even interacted with him very friendly while our older kids were ordering sandwiches. The lady at the Subway counter asked her questions age appropriately and waited for the girls to decided. The whole team was very friendly and made us feel welcome even with a little one, who wanted to run in circles! The bathroom and store was organized and clean as well!”

“I have been going to Speedway for gas for years (even when it was Crystal Flash). Family Fare gives coupons for gas at the checkout, if you spend enough. You can receive 5 -15 cent coupons, you save them, they add up. I had 35 cents off a gallon 2 days ago, gas was around $2.79. So I paid $2.44 a gallon. Glad I did as yesterday gas jumped up close to $1!!! They also have a well stocked convenience store. It's a very busy place, which says a lot. They also have a restroom, air pump for your tires and much more.”

“My wife went to this store to get gas. Used her debit card and paid inside. She selected her fuel and put nozzle into vehicle, but pump did not come on. She put nozzle back, went in to ask attendant to start pump. He sent said he could not and that she just lost it. Went back later and spoke with the two lady attendents. The realized the error and reimbursed my wife. Great service from them. Rotten service from the guy. This happened on 4-24-2024. Thanks to the ladies!!?! ☺️”
