We brought in our 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan GT because we suspected a wheel bearing issue. After dropping it off, they quickly confirmed it was the right rear wheel bearing and got it repaired in a timely manner—and at a very fair price.
What stood out the most was their integrity. They didn’t try to upsell or recommend unnecessary repairs, which has unfortunately been my experience at other shops. Instead, they focused on exactly what we needed and took great care of us.
As a large family, we rely heavily on our van, so it meant a lot to have a shop that was not only fast and friendly, but also trustworthy. They even took the time to thank me for coming in, which speaks volumes about their customer service.

“Great customer service and fair pricing. My husband ran into trouble removing a seized oil filter when I called this shop. I was told they could get me in as soon as my car arrived to them. I don't think it was even an hour before I got a call letting me know what work was needed and the cost associated before performing the work. It was less than another hour before I got a call that my car was ready. Payment over the phone was done via a text with a link to pay online. I will definitely return if the need ever arises.”

“They came to my aid when others couldn’t. I had a softball size lump on my front drivers sidewall of tire and cracks on three others. I needed new rims and tires. I tried Honda, they could not get me in until 7/14. They found the problem. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from them and most all service has been done at Battle Creek Honda (new)…I turned to Miller Bros because that is who I purchased the tires from. They would not extend a warranty. They would not get me in for over a week as well. RNR left me sitting in the waiting room, waiting for someone to give me a price for repair, for over an hour. Someone else came in and got service right away. At that point I left. I searched online and had my rims and tires purchased in full at Discount Tire in just a few short minutes. I got to choose my appointment time, same day. Had new rims and tires in less than three hours. My car is safe and I don’t have to worry about a blow out on a front wheel on a front wheel drive car. Thank you so much Discount Tire.”

“It was my first time there. I don’t know why I hadn’t thought of going there much sooner. I’m glad I made the decision to try them out. My brother in law won’t go anywhere else but he lives in that part of town. It’s definitely worth the drive to the near north end. Now I know that I won’t go anywhere else for my vehicle maintenance.
