“They came to my aid when others couldn’t. I had a softball size lump on my front drivers sidewall of tire and cracks on three others. I needed new rims and tires. I tried Honda, they could not get me in until 7/14. They found the problem. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from them and most all service has been done at Battle Creek Honda (new)…I turned to Miller Bros because that is who I purchased the tires from. They would not extend a warranty. They would not get me in for over a week as well. RNR left me sitting in the waiting room, waiting for someone to give me a price for repair, for over an hour. Someone else came in and got service right away. At that point I left. I searched online and had my rims and tires purchased in full at Discount Tire in just a few short minutes. I got to choose my appointment time, same day. Had new rims and tires in less than three hours. My car is safe and I don’t have to worry about a blow out on a front wheel on a front wheel drive car.
