My brother in law won’t go anywhere else but he lives in that part of town. It’s definitely worth the drive to the near north end. Now I know that I won’t go anywhere else for my vehicle maintenance. We're not from Battle Creek - our son played baseball there this summer. While driving to Michigan to start his season, he had car trouble. Turned out to be major car trouble. Justin and his staff were extremely help to our son, keeping his car going and safe until we could come up with a solution to our situation. In other words, they saved us.
While later visiting our son, we stopped by for an oil change. Quickest oil change ever. Out the door in no time, at a great price. The guys couldn't have been nicer or more professional.
It gets better.
One week after the oil change, we were back for another visit. We went across very bumpy railroad tracks, and our check engine light immediately started flashing. Uh oh. We knew where to go for help!
Justin and his staff ran the check engine diagnostics, then found a broken part under the hood. They suggested we not try to drive the car home - it's about a 3-1/2 hour drive. We thought we were cooked.
But Justin called an auto parts store for us and told the store what part we needed. We picked it up, and returned to One Stop Express Lube. Justin and his staff removed the old part, installed the new one, ran additional diagnostics to make sure things were good to go, and sent us one our way. They saved our family again.
I've never seen a business - of any sort - go above and beyond like this. We can't thank the folks at One Stop Express Lube enough, or recommend them more highly.”

“July 2024 Update. Recently went got an oil change and coolant flush. After getting home I discovered an issue of concern which I contacted Uncle Ed's through their website about.
The next day I was contacted by a district manager (Jerrod?) who arranged a time for me to come into Uncle Ed's to take a look at the problem. The next day they spent a total of about 45 minutes going through things to figure out the issue and finally identified and found a solution. Repeating what I said earlier this year, they pay attention to detail and work hard to make sure the customer is satisfied!
