“The rooms and hotel were exceptionally clean, modern, comfortable, and well-designed. Comfortable bed, good shower pressure, and Paul Mitchell bath products. Hotel employees were polite and professional.There were a few minor inconveniences: only 2 bath towels, no sheets/blankets for the sofa bed, lacking some silverware (ex. Only 2 spoons), overly chlorinated pool/hot tub, TV out of order in the gym, and breakfast items weren't restocked after other guests absconded with most/all of the yogurt, chocolate milk, and hard boiled eggs.I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Saginaw.”

“When it comes to hotel stays we are usually have reservations about trying someplace new. The Townplace Suites were everything, and more when it comes to providing a traveler's needs. From the warm welcome from Vickie, the manager, to the young lady, Priscilla, who makes sure breakfast is fully stocked, our stay was the absolute best.The rooms were clean, and we'll appointed, the indoor pool was a nice respite from the winter weather, and the lobby area was a comfortable place for us to visit with our guests whom we were in Saginaw to see.I also would like to give a shout out to all the staff who were always smiling, but especially Marissa and Caleb, who gladly take care of our every request.Thank you, we highly recommend, and will stay here again.FIVE + STARS!!”

“IVE BEEN HERE SINCE AUGUST. THE MANAGER IS THE BEST, NICEST PERSON IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!!! HE DESERVES AN AWARD FOR HUMANITY & KINDNESS!!!Rooms: Very clean, accessible, never need anything, maid service very quiet as well!!Safety: I FELT VERY SAFE. THEY ARE MONITORED 24/7!!Walkability: Large parking lot plus buildings on each side are accessible with large parking lots for safe lit walking as well”

“Clean and friendly!We stopped here between DTW and Macinac Island and ended up arriving very late due to flight delays. Tay at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly! Made us feel super safe "I'll be down here all night if you need anything" after a long day of travel. Customer service really makes a big difference so thank you!!”
