“I experience a professional and clean body shop starting with the manger Aaron that wrote me up and walked me around my truck when the work was done, I also met Jim the body man that did the work and he explained what was going to be done to may truck. “The shop was very responsive and understanding of the situation once I got my insurance and claim number involved. I read a lot of good and bad reviews on here but a lot of factors can delay the process of fixing one’s car. We live in a time of ups and downs but if it wasn’t for heritage collision taking the reigns with my insurance and getting the quotes and estimates it would put the problem on me to find another repair shop. Yes they did a great job on the repair and communication was key. Mike did a great job but I only just got back the car. The timeline was over a week for me. I will comment on this post in a couple weeks if there is feedback on things that might have been missed. For now the car looks great in the pics below. Thank you again for all the help.”

“I went to Autozone to get a new car battery since my car had been sitting outside for a few weeks and I had to jump it. Joe, the worker at Autozone, took it upon himself to ask if he could check the battery first before I spent $$ for a new battery that might not be needed. After the check, it was determined a new battery was necessary. I asked if he could replace it even though it was dark outside at this point. He did not hesitate and agreed to change it immediately. Change was successful and I was able to drive off without worry. I want to thank Joe and the cashier at the Canton, MI Autozone for making my day. I appreciate your kindness and willingness to help. “I had taken my vehicle there after a crash for repairs. The staff person I dealt with for the estimate/inspection (Traci) was knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, pointed out some damage to my tire and rim that I had not noticed and could have been deadly had I kept driving on it. They were attention detailed, finished over a week early, and (bonus points for this) cleaned the inside of my car. My car looks brand new.”
“Okay so I have had them build custom Camaro headlights, had an issue just outside of warranty . They had me ship them bbq k rebuild and resent them to me. Free of charge. They are amazing I have also bought the color shift glow tie replacing the original glow tie white I had bought from them. They always are upfront and good to get ahold of.
