“Highly recommended! We showed up about 30 minutes before they closed with a locked up brake caliper. They got the car on the lift and gave us options on how to fix it to get us home since we still had a 2 hour drive to go. They ordered parts, and the order didn't go through on the Autozone side, so after some calls, the Zone showed up with the wrong caliper. After another delivery, they got everything back together to get us safely home. They went above and beyond and stayed over an hour after they were supposed to close to make sure we could make it home. Gave us updates every step of the way and showed me what was going on with the brakes. Fairly priced and super knowledgeable. If you need work done, take it here!”

“I had been looking for a new vehicle for a few months. I found an exact match of what I was looking for at Atchinson Ford. I filled out a request for a quote on a Tuesday night. By Tuesday morning, they sent me a survey to help them determine which incentives I qualified for. Then by 10 am, I had a very competitive quote. I decided to move forward and scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. When I arrived, the dealership wasn't very busy. I test drove the vehicle right away while my current vehicle was being evaluated for a trade in. Then we went over the pricing and incentives again and filled out my financing paperwork.When my current vehicle was done, I left. I had only been there 2 hours. A few hours later, I received all my paperwork via DocuSign. The whole deal was done by 5pm. I picked up my new vehicle that night and turned in my new vehicle. Overall the process was very smooth and I am happy with my new car! Jennifer P. was my salesperson. “When a business operation is performed so well, 1 or 2 small but confusing issues can hurt a little. I brought my only 4 month old 23 Ford Bronco into Burhop collision to repair some door damage. The shop did an excellent repair job. But my truck was delivered like this (pictured) I wanted to write a lot more of the shops pros and cons, But Google only allows so much here to type. I still gave them five stars cuz all I wanted was my truck back repaired like new, which they did. Still, come on guys only takes a minute or so to hose it down lol”
