“The lady that owns this place (and is at the counter every time I come in) is the best. I have never had to return an item that I received in the mail before so I was kind of overwhelmed by the process…..until I came in here.She helped me find a box to fit the item because mine was damaged. (Free of charge) Then she helped me with the label and packaged it properly with the receipt. On other visits, she’s walked me through printing off documents and made things really easy for me.There’s also a case with handmade high quality healing oils and crystals and candles and soaps that she sells. I’ve been lucky to purchase a few of these things too and will be going back for more this week.”

“Pilot freight delivered a TV. This was supposed to be a white glove service. Two men, unpacked and installed the TV. The guys were good folks, respectful and did their job properly, However, there was no white glove instead they had dirty gloves, they walked inside home without shoe covering, the TV carton was very dusty and they brought it in without cleaning the dust off it. Pilot freight provided text and email notification of delivery status and time. Overall they are good but there is room for improvement in making their service excellent.”

Once I explained though, the woman allowed me to drop off the package.I am thankful that they are in the neighborhood. Closer and less busy than the other FedEx drop point in town.”
