“Called go get some information on shipping a chair from here to Texas for a client. Spoke with Karen, who was friendly and informative. She explained that they could ship it one way or another, but the chair would need to be brought in for estimating cost and best way to go. I brought in the chair with my client and Vinny was able to find a freight shipper to send the chair. He followed up with my client and the chair was wrapped and shipped. He was amazing!
