“I can’t recommend these storage units enough! The whole place is clean, well-lit, and feels very secure. The units are easy to access and well maintained, and the pricing is more than fair for the quality you’re getting. The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful—they really go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of.
It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in the business. If you’re looking for storage that’s safe, affordable, and run by good people, this is the place to go.”

“Reserved a unit online and paid. It stated a person would contact me with unit number and instructions. After a day, I called and they had to do something on their end for the reservation to go through. Then I received an email providing my unit number but no further instructions. Called back and was given an access code to the gate. When I tried the access code it didn't work and neither did the temporary code she gave me. I drove to the office at 1061 E Michigan Battle Creek and spoke with the person there. She was very helpful and fixed the code problem. When I returned to the units the unit number I was given (via email) was ACB## - the buildings are either A, B, C or D... Called again to figure out which building and the person was unfriendly and not helpful. She was able to connect me to the person I had just saw at the office who again was very nice and helpful. The unit was clean. They need to redo the numbers on the units, many are unreadable or missing.”

“Alicia was so helpful! She answered all our questions, gave us a quote fast, and said she could have a unit ready as soon as we needed it. Great job! Would definitely recommend!!”
“Super helpful, very kind and caring. Best storage rentals facility by far. Would highly recommend. If you are going through Battle Creek make sure you go to the one on Michigan Avenue and ask for Angie.”
