“Fantastic experience and service! We purchased a sectional six months ago, and it's fabulous. When we visited the store, Austin was incredibly helpful, explained all aspects of the purchase, and continued to check in after delivery. Because delivery of a custom-order pillow was long delayed, Lovesac generously started the return window from the date of the pillow delivery, not the earlier delivery of the sectional. We ended up needing to return a few items, and wouldn't have been able to were it not for that extension. Then, when FedEx totally screwed up the return and lost the package, Lovesac stepped in to make things right. I cannot recommend Lovesac enough for a quality product, friendly and collaborative showroom experience, and over-the-top post-sale care. Shout out to Austin, Elizabeth, Logan, and Sam for their continuing attention to our customer satisfaction.”

Since I was quite a distance away, Nina took the time to share pictures and ideas through emails and texts. She also made a super “color” suggestion for this piece based upon our stamped concrete color scheme as well! She and her “loading crew” were wonderful people to work with. They helped make this entire process so smooth! Decor Statuette has beautiful statues, fountains, figurines of all shapes, sizes, colors and for all occasions! “Great spot. Came in when they were running an estate sale. The owner is so nice and knowledgeable. It's much larger than it looks on the outside. Full main floor and a basement full! I was very impressed. I was just looking online you see if you were open today because I was going to pop-in and see what I missed the first time. The shop is literally full floor to ceiling with things from every era and style. Definitely worth the stop.”

“Overall the store was good and wide space the only thing I didn’t like was asking for help since I forgot something in my cart I asked the store manager to help me and he gave me attitude and talked to me like I wasn’t understanding him I unfortunately didn’t get a name but he was an older wider guy that’s my only complaint hopefully he has a better day another day.”

We got constant updates on when our furniture would arrive. Installation was done correctly and the installers were very professional. I appreciated the free delivery and free installation (other companies wanted to charge over $4K just to install).
We are very happy with our new office furniture and will definately used them again for any future office furniture purchases.”
