“Honest & thorough. Fair pricing. As a female we tend to get taken advantage of in the automotive industry. Ric is very helpful and informative. Nothing bad to say here. Thanks for helping me for the second time!”

“Office or location of place to inquire about vehicles in impound yard at: 344 Jerome. The little street along the right side of fence! Can be very helpful when you show him/them kindness and a willingness to be respectful when you're ready to retrieve your personal property and/or vehicle.”

“I called precision towing due to a breakdown and was far from home, they had someone out very quick to tow it right to the shop for me by my house. The driver was very friendly and personable. The cost was reasonable. I’d highly recommend them and would use them again if I needed to.”

“Don't let the slightly rough exterior of this shop deter you. This is an excellent, honest mechanic. He and his team work fast and charge fair prices. I was stranded, on the highway, a complete stranger, 3 hours from home, and managed to limp to this shop. The owner and his team, bent over backwards, even staying after closing, to diagnose the problem, hunt down and get the necessary part, and get me back on the road and home safely. I'm so thankful and so impressed! Wish I was local. They would be my new mechanics!”
