“I needed wiper blades for my Highlander but I do not know how to install them. I called Advance Auto in Big Rapids and asked if they would install wipers if I purchased them there. They said they would. The employee that helped me pick out the wipers came out to my vehicle and put them on. He was very nice and professional. Unfortunately I did not get his name but I wanted to give the business a good review, as he was so friendly and helpful. Recommend this store for anyone who needs auto parts.”

“Had a rusted out piece of exhaust pipe. They didn't try to sell me more than what I needed. Put my car on the rack as soon as I got there, and offered to fix it for $65! Heck yes! Honest and quick service. They will be my go to place in the future.”
