“Outstanding service from the Big Rapids store. I talked with Joe before I visited. He was very knowledgeable about everything regarding T-mobile phones, cell service, internet, and plans. I had Verizon and I was apprehensive about changing to a different cell provider. Joe walked me through all of the details and told me that I could try out the service and cancel if I wasn't happy. I visited the store and walked out with an iPhone 13 for my wife (she was using a Galaxy 7 prior) and I got a iPhone 14 (trading in my iPhone 11). We have great coverage in our area. While I was there, Joe and Julia talked to me about the T-mobile internet. Again I could try it and bring it back if I didn't like it. Outstanding! It works great with our 5g network in our area. I'm paying $50 less a month for phones and internet going through my Big Rapids T-mobile store. Wonderful people wonderful experience.”

“Stopped by on Sunday so there was not a huge customer crowd to wade through. We came to upgrade my wife’s phone to a iphone 15. Our customer service lady was named Justice and she is very knowledgeable about i phone products, accessories and was able to easily transfer data from the old phone. She even helped me with a couple of issues I was having with my phone. I def would come back snd recommend this Vz store.”

“A typical Walmart. My personal go to place for crafting supplies and cheap-ish food and basically anything. A usually clean store and a overall decent experience. It has its ups and downs like everything else though, and nothing is perfect of course.”
“Very great experience. The phone I wanted was still on back-order, I was very disappointed as we were taking it to a Detroit Tigers game the next day. Jon made sure I was comfortable with a different phone before I purchased. It was a big dea for me, because I'm a single father with not a lot of extra money each month. I left cricket with a new phone, and a smile all thanks to Jon.”
