Suggestion. When helping a customer with the startup, put a lot of emphasis on compliance requirements. Explain that 70% is required to meet compliance. Explain what is required of a person to meet 70%. Explain how to track this requirement on their Cpap machine.”

Difficult dealing with insurance coverage, and their return policy in the case of insurance dispute is TOO short.
They shipped the product before ensuring it was 100% covered, using normal shipping. And their return policy is 15days from shipping.
I was ON TOP of it, so no worries for me. But--definitwly be on top of it.
