“Thankfully, I have not had to deal with the curmudgeon that everyone describes. (I believe the individual I have dealt with over and over again for quite a while now is Dean, and he is very good at what he does.) It does make me wonder if Muth got the grumpy old man that used to terrorize me at the Bridgeport Post Office years ago. I got sooo many lectures from this guy about services I didn't even use that I would get acid reflux just thinking about going to the post office. I once sent an email to one of my friends that posed the question: If you saw me in the back of a police car, what would you think. She responded that her first thought would be that I had finally gone postal at the Bridgeport post office. Much to my delight, the guy went away a long time ago, and I had hoped that he was retired, but maybe not. I would think that there are enough deserving individuals working for the postal service to replace the jerks. There is just no justification for rudeness & bad service.”

“When I have to go in the lady working is always super nice. Not sure how many employees they have but even when there is a line out the first door they don’t have anyone else come up to help move the line. My mail person is pretty awesome”

We had an interesting road construction situation all summer that lead to me having to contact pretty frequently for package pickups since they couldn't get to our home; they were super nice and helpful each time I called. Gotta appreciate the small things in life like good customer service!”

Here's a tip: join their loyalty program, and they will send you coupons you can actually use, based on what you have been buying.
