“Nowadays, finding honest, fair mechanics and collision experts is a rarity. I've had my fair share of people not keeping their word, sugarcoat a problem, or take advantage of me down on my luck. As soon as I met and spoke with Mr. Haitham however, I realized that I had met such a rarity, that he would deal with me fairly, as long as I dealt fairly back.
He understood my situation immediately and was honest with his assessment of my vehicle and what I was wanting (namely to get it functional and safe). His price was more then fair and he was more then happy to show me his work and what he had done to make sure I knew nothing had been done that wasn't a necessity.
In an incredibly hard, and stressful situation for me, I felt assured that at least in this it would be okay. The night and day difference of the vehicles state is impressive. I am incredibly grateful for the hard work, honesty, and efficiency of Master Tech. While hopefully I will not need their collision repair services anytime soon, I at least feel assured I will have a trusted place to turn to if I do.”

Sarah was very nice and patient and made me feel at ease. As soon as my car arrived they jumped right on it and got to work. When the work was finished my looked brand new again and everything lined up magnificent. It was the first time I had been in this situation and I'm glad I chose North end to repair my vehicle. They calibrated all my sensors(car is a Mercedes with alot of sensors and cameras). They even repaired my rim and made it look brand new as the rim had a few scratches from the hot. Below are pictures of the accident and condition of car when hit, and the other pic is after the car was repaired and finished. I give them 5 stars for sure. The owner even took me in his office and showed me every nook and cranny of my vehicle that they repaired.
