These guys really go above and beyond.
Not only did they fix my car for me in a timely manner but they let me use a loaner car free of charge.
I didn't have any hubcaps on my car, they must have had extra hanging around because I now have hubcaps!
They also cleaned my car and fixed a little part that wasn't covered by insurance and didn't charge me.
Also quoted me a really great price to get my windshield replaced.
I will be back to have them do my windshield and will be sending whatever business I can their way!

“Nowadays, finding honest, fair mechanics and collision experts is a rarity. I've had my fair share of people not keeping their word, sugarcoat a problem, or take advantage of me down on my luck. As soon as I met and spoke with Mr. Haitham however, I realized that I had met such a rarity, that he would deal with me fairly, as long as I dealt fairly back.
He understood my situation immediately and was honest with his assessment of my vehicle and what I was wanting (namely to get it functional and safe). His price was more then fair and he was more then happy to show me his work and what he had done to make sure I knew nothing had been done that wasn't a necessity.
In an incredibly hard, and stressful situation for me, I felt assured that at least in this it would be okay. The night and day difference of the vehicles state is impressive. From April 2023 - Collision body shop department - they restored my car to perfection I can never tell it had collision damages. And also their repair department, they did great job. I dont mind if it took quite a bit of time to finish, what mattered was the beautiful outcome, Like brand new
There was just 1 minor tweak that i needed to go back after couple of days- the tire pressure sensor didn’t come off. .
Aug 2025- heard rattling noise from left driver side, and it was CV axle gone bad, wear and tear . Came in the morning, done by just before evening. No more rattling noise.
To November 2025- went back , car heater not properly working.(Cant take the cold anymore)- it was a clogged heater core, they did some flushing and it seemed to take care the issue, they advised to maybe take car back again in couple of months if heater should have issues again. They’re good at recommending what’s the next thing that needs to be done to maintain my car.
They seem to be honest with me about the estimates, diagnostics and the cost of the repairs.
I’ll surely be there again in few more weeks for my tires and brakes services. Thanks to Paul and his team.”
“Totally scuffed up the right hand front fascia of my vehicle backing out of the garage. Domenic and his son Marco did an amazing job cleaning up the defective area and wet sanding the brown paint scuff marks from the fascia without breaking through the clear coat. This is a vehicle lease turn in and the issue was professionally masked to hopefully prevent any additional out of pocket costs. You can barely tell the front fascia was damaged. Domenic truly cares about the customer and his services didn't break the bank. Foreign and Domestic Collision earned a customer for life for any future vehicle repairs! “You just got into an accident, that caused major damage to your car. What are the first things that go through your mind? First, I need to call my insurance company, second how much is this going to cost me, third, can I afford the premium to fix my car and finally, who can I trust to give me a fair price to fix my car.
This is a lot to process in a short period of time, and you are faced with hard decisions. What I learned is the insurance company will pressure you to go with their repair shop, and there is a reason why they do this.
Not understanding the process and not fully trusting my insurance company, I took my car to the repair shop the insurance company recommended. They quoted $4,000 repair minus $850 deductible I had to pay up front. Now I am at the third step, can I afford the premium to fix my car. If you are like me, an average person living paycheck to paycheck, I did not have a savings of $850. I started to research my options on the internet and found, The Collision Shop in the city of Warren. I called the Collision Shop and spoke with Ray, who explained to me his repair shop will waive my premium thus saving me money. Ray explained to me that insurance companies want you to use their recommended repair shop because their shops give insurance companies kick backs instead of giving the car owner the savings.
Trust me I was hesitant but Ray gave me the assurance that he could give me a quality repair and a huge savings. The decision was easy trust Ray, receive a quality repair and save $850.
When my insurance company realized my car was not at their recommend repair shop, I had several heated conversations with the insurance rep. I called Ray and he advised me to stop speaking with the insurance rep and let him handle the process. Again, trusting Ray, I let him deal with the insurance company.
In a short period of time Ray contacted me with the news my car has been repaired and the $850 premium was waved. Not only did Ray save me $850 but the work done on my car was so professional I did not even notice the car was ever in an accident.
In the future if I am ever in need of an honest quality car repair shop I will be calling Ray at, The Collision Shop in Warren, where they pass the savings on to customers.”
