“Thank you Birmingham location. Our business has been in search of a new rental company for a few years now. Chanelle and Shannon were really easy to work with. Chanelle helped me get roughly a dozen reservations set up and Shannon was there to distribute the vehicles the other day, and help me get them returned. And even though I was a little late getting the cars back, Shannon was very helpful and waited for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Will continue to come back here. Great staff.”
