“Such great service! They tried multiple different things to try to save the phone. They ordered and then did the work to try replacing different parts. And because the phone ultimately couldn't be repaired, they still only charged the $35 diagnostic fee. Despite all of the labor, because the phone wasn't fixable, they didn't charge for this!! And during the time they had the phone, they provided quick updates and explained what they wanted to try before they did anything. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend them.”

Robert was extremely helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable. Everyone here was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They did not try to offer me unnecessary deals.
